I liked the room view , the attentiveness of the staffs for both Front Office and F&B service special mentioned and thanks to both FOM Ms Tian and Front Office staff Ms Li were super efficient and assisted me for the challenge I faced. As property was currently undergoing some renovation. With prompt resolution of noise for my initial room , I have being upgraded to East Tower room, where no renovation going on. Finally I have a sound sleeps during my entire stayed. ROOM size was good, balcony was fabulous overseeing Seaview and YiHeng popular night market As for Ala carte food was tasty, buffet breakfast variety can be better . The savoury Tofu was my favorites. F&B service staffs Ms Betty was fantastic and attentive for guest service and Lucy too. THUMBS UP! My choice of home in Sanya🥰🥰🥰

Good location to visit sanya Bay. Very close to a night market and walking distance to the beach. There are also many super markets around. I like that we can cook ourselves.

Location is alright, it's right across the famous night market although we wouldn't recommend, it's crowded and chaotic and it's too loud and we could hear the music from our room throughout the night.

Breakfast was great, there were lots of variety every day to choose from, including an egg and noodle station. Staff were attentive and texted us when the rooms were ready. We especially like the Meituan lockers outside the hotel that made delivery convenient and safe.

Cannot walk to the beach or major sight-seeing spots. But it's easy to hail Didi or take bus number 16 to several popular sight-seeing spots like Tianya Haijiao, Nanshan Guanyin and Xidao.

Apartment is spacious, clean and bright with natural light streaming in from living room and bedrooms' balconies (great sea view on high floor). Well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer are really useful for longer stay. Buffet breakfast is good. Cafe serves good food for lunch or dinner too. Small supermarket conveniently located below. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ideal hotel, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, close to the beach. It was our first time with our family in China and we had a great holiday from arrival to departure from the hotel. very attentive staff, they helped with everything we needed. In general, we felt at home at the hotel. Especially Kevin's hospitality makes this vacation even more comfortable. 1. Breakfast with rich choices and foods were delicious. 2. Rooms with view of the sea and the cooking equipment, beautiful and convenient 3. Services were good, the staff here were very friendly, I believe that they were all well trained. 4. Good connection to the airport and all the places of sightseeing. 5. Swimming pool was great and the activities for the kids were fantastic. 6. The traveling agency in the hotel was great as well, they gave good advice and good services. We will definitely visit the hotel once again. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, although there is a kitchen and induction cooker in the room, there are no pots, pans, knives and condiments, which is not suitable for daily use.

Oakwood apartment is located in a harmonious neighborhood, across the street from the big night market. It is relatively close to Sanya bay beach. It is only a 15 minute walk to Coconut Grove Avenue or a cab for CHY 10¥. The apartment has a gym, swimming pool and laundry area. Breakfast is good.

- Check-In a little bit slow - English level of staff at (least at Check-In counter) could be improved

- Never seen a more clean Hotel!!!! - Breakfast is great and choices change from day to day - laundry room equipped with absolutely clean and top notch washing and drying machines (German manufacturer Siemens), provided free of charge - Pool is small but nice as it is facing the sun almost whole day - Underground parking facilities are great - Room Service superb!!! - Military airport is next to the hotel - too noisy because of engines of planes and helicopters. - only one so aff speaks a little English.

Clean, fresh. A hotel is brand new, was opened just straight before Corona. Breakfast is ok. Pool can be deeper and noisy lifeguard was too anoying.

I don't have any complaints.

The location. Very polite staff - we were communicating through wechat for anything I needed. They responded quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and neat, everything just like in the photos. The hotel is peaceful and quiet. The night market across is a unique thing to see. I used to just rent a bike outside od the hotel and cycle 5 minutes to the beach. Even walking is not super far. Didi to Dadonghai beach is 20minutes and around 30rmb. Big recommendation. I will come back for sure. The breakfast was also really nice.

Front desk staff speak very little to no English and one felt it appropriate to laugh behind the desk at his colleague’s attempts to communicate with us. I had also called down from the room to ask for help with the stove as it wasn’t easy to use and because they couldn’t understand me they hung up despite asking me for my room number. We had to go down and ask in person using the translate app and only then did they provide us with the hotel’s WeChat where they told us we could communicate with them through despite being halfway through our stay. The room also stated it had an oven and a microwave, I had emailed before booking to confirm if it was an actual oven and was told it was, it wasn’t. In terms of food, other than the night market opposite and a Chinese supermarket there isn’t a lot of choice food wise and you’d have to go to Dadonghai or Yalong Bay to find a wider variety of restaurants. The pool is the final dislike of our stay as it states indoor but it’s really outside with a roof over it so not exempt from bad weather conditions. It’s not as big as it looks and it was also heavily occupied by children using their floats and doing cannon balls left right and centre with no consideration from them or their parents for others and their use of the pool. I think if we come back to Sanya we’ll probably stay in a hotel next time as opposed to an apartment complex.

Very close to the airport roughly around a 15-20 minute drive. The apartment was spacious and we had two balconies facing the sea. The room was cleaned everyday and the ayis were great and very friendly as were the restaurant staff. The gym is well equipped and usually empty which was nice. It doesn’t take too long to get to Sanya Bay Beach or Yalong Bay Beach in a Didi which was handy.

Being opposite the night market it was a little noisy at night. Without a bike the beach is a long walk. The pool is functional without being fun. The kiddy area was pretty understocked! Our sofa smelt a little but never the less we had a fantastic stay.

Our apartment was excellent! The kitchen was full of Italian appliances, spacious and beautiful cutlery and crockery. The living area over looked the night market and ocean. Both bedrooms had plenty of storage, comfortable beds and soft linen. Both bathrooms were excellent too with a bathtub and separate shower. Amy at reception speaks great English and is happy to help with any of your needs. The other staff also were friendly and helpful with mixed levels of English. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and civilized compared to large resorts.
