The apartment could be cleaned every 2 days instead of every 3 days. The floors get sandy very fast, but this is very minor.

The apartment is perfect for a group of 3-4 people with all amenities as advertised. The host is very responsive and helpful. The sea view apartment is definitely worth the extra cost. Will definitely come back and stay here. Huge thanks to the host for waiving the pre-payment requirement and allowing us to pay upon arrival with no deposit.

The attitude of the pool staff could be described as "surly" at times. It wouldn't hurt for them to be a little more pleasant

The property exceeded expectations- especially the pool- which was the perfect temperature and very clean with no chlorine smell. The apartment was just like home from the moment we unpacked and our host (Mr. Zhang) was very friendly and helpful. He always responded quickly to all of our questions and requests and was very pleasant and helpful. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean and the kitchens were very well stocked with all of the necessities. The air conditioning was even turned on for a while prior to our arrival which was a nice touch and quite rare in China.

The bed was so hard making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. The decor was quite dated and didn’t look like what was in the picture.

Host was lovely, brought me a birthday cake on my birthday! Helped us with all questions and sent us recommendations of things to do, and could ask any questions or issues through wechat. Large 2 bedroom apartment, location was close to beach and shops. Plenty of room for friends or a family to hang out. Place was clean and all the amenities like soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, laundry powder. Pool was amazing!! So big and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

Misha the owner was very friendly and helpful and spoke Russian. The pool is private. The location was very close to the sea.

In reviews they say property was clean but it was very dirty and we had to clean it by ourselves. Also in pictures they show you automatic cleaning machine but it was totally different from the pictures. Also bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep.

Location was good. It was good choice for us because we had toddler and had to cook for him.
