Singapore1. Overall is good except for a small hiccup during the check-in. But I managed to get it settled after that. 2. During our stay, we requested the concierge to help us arrange transportation to bring us around for sightseeing. However, the driver brought us to some places and insisted us to get something from there. When we said no, his attitude changed and after we came back to hotel, he complained to the concierge staff. I personally do not think this is correct. We as the customer should have to right to decide whether or not to make purchase, and not by force. I think the hotel should be more careful in selecting their working partners.
The room is big and clean. The view is great. The breakfast is awesome, my dad loves it. Self laundry is free of charge, which quite surprised me. There is a sitting corner outside so that we can chill while waiting for the laundry. There are also quite a number of eateries within walking distance. The beach is also within walking distance. There is also a mini library at the hotel lobby. Responses from the staff are quite immediate. I remembered I had a last minute railway station transfer request and the staff was able to attend to it and get it settled. During the stay, if I have any issue or queries, I can just chat with them via WeChat and my issue/queries will be resolved. A very big thank you to Volina (小娜) and Hong Tao (涛哥).

United KingdomHad booked ocean view room but on first night this instead looked onto a construction site. Staff thankfully moved us to another room on our 2nd might which did deliver a great view as promised, and allowed us late check-out for free.
Good facilities, family friendly, with fun pool , restaurant on site and outdoor poolside buffet dinner option very convenient. Breakfast also generally large selection with pleasant outdoor seating. Rooms nice with large balcony. Staff all very nice. Lobby bar also makes great cocktails. Small stores and restaurants within walking distance. A starbucks, and KFC also to rear of building.

The staff of the hotel is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very organised and was arranging tests and shopping for people, due to outbreak in Sanya. They also allowed me to change the reservation twice and stay in the same room, which was very nice of them.

great size room with a lonely view of the sea. the pool area is good for both adults and kids. breakfast was decent with lots of western and Asian options. supermarket, gym, Starbucks and Burger King all down stairs from the hotel. great value for money. the kids club was fantastic!

United KingdomThey were doing pool maintenance for most of our stay. For the size of the hotel being limited to the small pool was unattractive.
The staff and the facilities were exceptional ! From the Baoan to the cleaners we felt so welcomed and taken care of! This trip was special for several reasons it was a birthday, anniversary and our first trip as parents and the staff really made our stay a great one. athe kindness the showed us and our baby girl was truly lovely. The breakfast, Buffet dinner, happy hour , birthday cake and children’s club were fantastic. They even gave us a pushchair to use for the week! I didn’t even know hotels had such a service! There was something for everyone!

ChinaEvery time I needed to talk to the front desk they would answer my problem but then raise a whole other problem that I didn't have time to answer. It was so annoying that they couldn't contact the room or answer by wechat. The restaurant was so SLOW, over 25 minutes to get an appetizer but they did compensate. Room service was also inconsistant. I don't speak Chinese and wanted to order the pizza and at first they said ok. 10 minutes later there was a knock on my door and someone who spoke English asked me what I wanted to order wasn't available. I just said forget it. 10 minutes later after I went to the Burger King in the mall below the hotel, they called back and said they DID have a pizza. Not good communication. A couple days later, when ordering room service we ordered a Ceaser Salad for a second time and there was only 2 slices of Chicken on it. We complained and sent it back and they got us a new one.
The pool is huge and I love that. There's enough space to swim around even if it's crowded and they have a seperate kids pool to keep the little ones entertained (the even have a foam machine that goes once a day). My favorite part were the cabanas around the pool that were basically like beds that you could lay on all day. The rooms were solid and kept clean. The shower/bathroom is completely private with no mirrors or curtains. The breakfast buffet is 100 percent western and Chinese except they don't have an egg station to order scrambled or omelets. It also has outdoor seating.

ChinaArea wasn’t the nicest. Sanya Bay is one of the less attractive beaches and also there was some construction in the surroundings.
The area wasn’t one of the nicest in Sanya but the hotel is nice, pool is good, staff were helpful, decent enough breakfast, and good value. Good for families who want a relaxing poolside holiday without paying over the odds.

CanadaThis is an ongoing issue being discussed with Booking.com and the property. Basically the hotel honored only two of the three nights we were there, but charged the two nights at the price of three. The staff was pretty apathetic about this and only cared to contact me once it came time to pay more for a third night which is funny (was less funny at the time).
Very nice property close to beach. The room, the outdoor pool and the breakfast restaurant were great. Some restaurants and bars within the property as well. It is 15 minutes by car from the hotel which is very handy.

The suite was nice as a family as my son had his own room and we had a living room separate from the bedrooms which meant we had a space once the children were in bed.
