Great for kids! Lovely indoor play area with a variety of activities - mini ropes course, mini climbing structure, soft play, trampoline. Perfect for kids up to about 7 years old. Great range of childrens activities at the kids club (arts and crafts, cookie making, games) and although we didnt speak Chinese, and they didnt speak English the children were still very involved. Lovely breakfast - great range of western and chinese food. My kids are picky eaters and they were happy! Some staff spoke English. All very helpful. Would stay again.

SwedenOne tiny detail about the butter, strongly recommand the hotel to use single small packages of butter instead of big jar of butter in the open air for a long time in the breakfast buffe.
Spacious room with a court yard, located in the Lakeside Wing which is green and quite. The breakfast place for vilas and Lakeside is open until 11, perfect for sleep-in-vacation. I'm positive surprised with the hotel dinner, buffe with plenty of seafood and other choices. Child friendly facilities, kid pool, toys and fun bunk beds in the room. Nice location, only one road away from the beach, next to La Floret center with plenty restaurang choices. My son loves the buggy car service :)

ChinaIt would be great to heat the pool in winter... while this might be expensive, the hotel manages to maintain a gigantic (room sized) aquarium in the restaurant, which is nice but seems like a waste of money when the other resources aren't adequately maintained
Great value, but a very simple property. It is a long way from being a 'real' 5-star hotel, but has some lovely features. Seems to be very family-friendly, and is in a good location for the bay and shops. Restaurant was great.

ChinaThe breakfast room was very crowded and difficult to get sets even at different times. I would have preferred a room with a view not of the pool but it was not clear when booking, what the different areas and views were.
Breakfast was extensive. Rooms very clean, spacious and lovely balcony. Pool had different areas so you could have a family area and a quieter area. Several restaurants and bars so different options.

ChinaThis is a modern hotel, located 5 minutes from the Yalong bay sandy beach. It is also 5 minutes away from the La Floret shopping area, i.e. shops and restaurants including local cuisine as well as Western fast food, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Burger King, and Starbucks. The service was excellent, we had a member of staff, Jerry, looking after us very well during our stay. The pool is entertaining for children, though the water is quite warm if you're looking to cool off. Breakfast was good, both local and Western options available, including an espresso machine (without frother). The hotel also has restaurants on premises.

ChinaStaff needs to get English lessons, as they deal with a lot of foreigners. With the lack of English, we found service slow at times.
The resort is located in a fantastic area, my son loves the children's swimming pool. The room was beautiful and clean. Food at the Teppanyaki restaurant was exceptional. We will definitely stay there again.

ChinaThe hotel is good for chinese custumers but they lack a lot to cater properly for foreigners. The staff lacks the bare minimum of english for a hotel work. Even asking the staff things in chinese, it took them long enough to do anything. The hotel food isnt amazing and very little western options. The buffet could have had a better quality, for the price. When the staff cleaned the room, no actual cleaning, only making up the bed and replacing towels, so the floor would still have some sand. At the beach, the sand was dirty, full of cigarette butts, with the hotel staff itself sitting on the empty beach chairs, smoking among the hotel guests. And also, I was double charged for the booking. Prepaid when booked and hotel staff charged again on checkout saying I would get the prepayment back, which I still havent. I would not stay in the hotel again, there are better options for similar prices that caters foreign tourists better.
Room size is good, with a beautiful view. Bed is comfortable, bathtub wad great. Pool is nice, good temperature and in general clean all day. Location is great, just by the beach, with beach chairs and towels. Also just outside restaurants, shops and a market. The structure of the hotel itself is beautiful, but the service lacks a lot yet.

Chinathe pool and hotel looks much better on the pics, also it much smaller than it looks like. the closest beach access is public beach which is overcrowded dirty and disgusting any time of the day, we had to take did everyday to go to the near by Sheraton beach. one night we had a problem with electricity in the bathroom, seems like it wasn't a first time as technician just came and fix it in 2 min, perhaps the system is too old.

BarbadosCheck in was a little longer, about 15 minutes ( but we are used to this, everything is slower if you are holding a foreign passport in China). John(the lobby guy) was really helpful though. He said there was a system error with logging in our passport info but he let us proceed to the room to rest and later called us to collect our passports.
Perfect location if you just want a nice, quite chilled vacation. Not far from the beach and a mall with some cafes, restaurants etc. Breakfast was great even for a picky eater like me. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Yalong bay.

Chinathe dinner at the buffet was really bad, all food was not fresh and was cold . the bar is located in the gym! so in the evening while you are working out - you have to use gym with people who are drinking and smoking inside ! the beach is really dirty , they don’t take care of the sand at all .
