Everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is so beautiful in the mountains with amazing views. The rooms are traditional and spacious. Gardens are lovely to explore and good facilities. Was so nice to see their display areas of traditional kitchen and dining. Food was exceptional and great playground for kids. Their pet dogs were a highlight. Chowmain our hostess was incredibly helpful giving us advice of where to go each day, providing maps and directions and booking taxis. She is so friendly and tries so hard with her English.

I liked everything.

I loved the unique style of the different rooms. I also really loved getting to know the wonderful staff and waking up to a beautiful view of the mountains in the morning. The breakfast was also delicious and they have dinner meals you can choose from. They do a really great job of helping you plan out which places to visit in Zhangjiajie.

Unique ! Above all true Family feel in terms of hosting and food ! Excellent guide for the region! Facilities range from historical to futuristic, with big glass windows, non typical in the good sense. Had fireworks for me year eve. Beautiful scenery of avatar mountain. Was even invited in a survival TV show that they sponsor !

We love it!

Very nice place to stay, great hosts who goes out of the way to ensure you have an unforgetable stay in zhangjiajie. Beautiful apartments and because we are a family of 7, the hosts upgrade us to a big suite house and also.let us experience the bubble house which the kids loves alot. Nice, down to earth hosts who will share with you things to do in zhangjiajie, no hidden topside. They are continuing to improve the location, now trying to get a road in place, but the stairs do just fine.

Wifi in our room was almost non-functional. The shower was very weak. The glass room heats up significantly during the day, and they did not warn us of this, so some of our things got damaged by the heat. Foreigners should note that they have a very strong preference for payments with Alipay or Wechat when booking tickets for attractions through them.

Spectacular location with a view of the mountains. Relatively long uphill walk to reach the hotel from the road, but the staff promptly picked us up every time we needed and dropped us off at the national park entrance. The staff (and their dog) were very friendly, shared a lot of their local knowledge, and prepared me a birthday surprise with a cake. Dinner at their restaurant was great, breakfast was varied every day. Our room was very private with a door and a walkway separating it from the rest of the hotel area - they offered us an upgrade to a bigger room but we preferred to keep this room for the privacy.

Amazing location and view, close enough to the south gate of the national park, but very private, not crowded at all. Host and staff were extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Our host helped with planning and suggested great locations worth visiting. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, designed beautifully to the smallest detail. Food was very delicious, we had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

Just remember the location is in a nature forest area. No matter how clean the place is, do expect bugs and a few smells. The hosts' English is limited so if you don't know Mandarin, be prepared to have a translation challenge.

Staff consistently went above and beyond in being responsive - shuttling us in and out of the area, providing guidance on travel, booking tickets at a discount helping us avoid the travel crowds. Food was amazing. Lots of little things that added up - free clothes washing, playground for children, friendly dog, digging up food from their garden for your dinner, evening fire pit etc.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation hosted by Xiaomei. Xiaomei and her brother were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our visit. We had a tight schedule, and they went above and beyond in recommending the best ways to fit all of our plans. As an unexpected delight, Xiaomei taught us how to play Mahjong, and it was an absolute blast! The room we stayed in was wonderful, providing a cozy and comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast served was not only delicious but also a perfect start to our mornings. Overall, our experience here was memorable, thanks to Xiaomei's hospitality and the exceptional quality of the accommodation. We can't wait to return!

Magical place! The location and the family made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We liked that it was so close to the Zhangjiajie national forest park and the staff were amazing people, very friendly and helpful. It is located up on a hill, isolated from the traffic. The staff can understand some English. We loved their puppy San Yue! The staff helped us with our needs to get to the park and they woke up very early for us to see us off. We had to extend our stay for one day and they gave us a better room for the same price as the original room. They served great breakfast included in the price and they offer great dinner as well for price. Xiao Mei advised us the best routes specially suitable for our short stay and provided us with maps for our convenience. Generally, the atmosphere of our stay was very cosy and warm, you won't want to leave this place :)

The property was beautiful with fantastic views, the rooms were comfortable and cute, and the staff were kind and caring. They cooked delicious food for breakfast and dinner and there was a lovely atmosphere during the meals. They provided great suggestions for our outings each day. And amazingly, for our son’s birthday, they brought a delicious strawberry cream cake and we celebrated together. One of our rooms was a clear bubble that was really charming to stay in.

The drainage system in the bathroom of the room we stayed in, needs to be looked into. There was an unpleasant smell which stayed right through our stay.

The view from the property, it's isolation and privacy. A great place to spend time away from the city. The people who run the home stay are extremely friendly and they take an extra step to make your stay a memorable one. Would love to come back to this property if I return to China in the future.

The staff and service was incredible. They helped us to get everywhere we wanted to go and even gave us suggestions on routes around the mountains and helped book the entrance tickets and activities. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
