However, there was some foul smell in the toilet. And I have booked for 3 adults with breakfast included, but was told by the front desk that their policy is only for 2 adults and hence have to pay and extra for breakfast.

The room was very spacious and beds were comfy too.

I would 100% come back to Wyndham Xiamen - it was an incredible experience. Staff were so lovely and helpful, despite language barriers they went above and beyond to help with whatever. The girl at reception was very attentive and made me feel welcome from the start. Dinner was very good too - and the room very spacious, clean and luxurious. Gym was decent too, and lovely views of the bridge. Area was quiet and felt safe.

Leaving the hotel after just 5 nights!

I found the standard of this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. The views from my room were amazing. There was a beautiful long walk along the beach, just behind the hotel, which I used most days during my 5 night stay there. The gym is well equipped with great sea views. The subway / metro is just a short walk away and it is very cheap and convenient to get anywhere in the island. The most important asset of this hotel by far, is the amazing staff who work there. They, all, really go out of their way to help in anyway they can. One member of staff is particular which would be unfair not to mention is a beautiful young lady Angel. She is incredibly polite, well mannered, patient, professional, impeccably dressed, knowledgeable and most helpful. Any advice or guidance she provided to me, was very useful and accurate. I owe her immense gratitude for making my stay there a memorable one. Thank you all the staff and Angel in particular. Manochehr

The hotel has an amazing location at the sea with a promenade inviting for (not only) morning walks. Several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The room had a beautiful modern, clean design and was equipped with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay during my business trip to Xiamen.

Far away from shops or any stores.

Great location, facing the sea. Clean and big room with nice view. Breakfast selection is big. Staff speak sufficient English. Sea front with hotel with nice park. Luxorious.

Lobby lounge prices ridiculous, pot of tea and small piece of cake the same price as the buffet dinner. Gym access poor, an escort is required when wanting to use the gym, floor 3 then an escorted walk down a corridor to another lift. No wonder it’s generally empty.

Good food, clean premises, room prices quite good although similar to better located hotels in the city area.

The only downside is the limited dining and shopping options in the vicinity, which can be somewhat inconvenient.

I stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious and clean, and its proximity to both the subway station and the beach was a significant advantage. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service; I hope they can be more friendly and proactive.

Far from the city center

Super friendly staff and spacious and well equipped rooms with a sea view. Buffet was decent and they gifted soup every day. Pretty close to the airport

I’m completely satisfied with the property, if have to say one, well, the restaurants where sits surrounding of the premises are yet to be opening.
