The pick drop facility is not very useful unless you have lots of time to wait for it as it operates at fixed timings every 2 hours or so irespective of your flight timings. Hotel could have more english speaking staff and better credit card payment machines.

The hotel was fine and the duty manager was very very good. she made me more then comfortable. She even made the restaurant prepare a nice vegetarian breakfast for me. It was over whelming.

Staff may faced a difficulty in communicate in English but they are very helpful and friendly.

Easy access to Shanghai Disneyland with complimentary shuttle bus service. Room was spacious and lots of amenities. Free drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was good.

The delayed availability of rooms. Front office staff simply explained it as because they allowed late check out which could also be extended to us and that we are presumed to understand.

The ease of shuttle bus. The little touches made by hotel staff eg. Warm ginger tea when it was cold. Activities for kids and the goodnight porridge was a nice warm touch. The room was nice, clean and spacious and cutely decorated.

The bathroom wasn't clean enough. There're stains on the toilet seat the first day checking in. The restaurant could improve their service as two days in a row they forgot some of our orders.

Was just a short walk to the metro station for easy access around Shanghai. Used the shuttle bus for visiting both Disney and to the airport, very easy to book your spot. Although we had booked in for a pick-up we were delayed through customs so missed but easy to get a taxi. Great breakfast choices Beds super comfy

Good location for Disneyland ❤️ and there's a shuttle bus send us and fetch us everyday to/from Disneyland. And the hotel driver, hotel staffs, will update us everything via weChat group chat. Definitely will back to Novotel again when we go to Shanghai Disneyland ❤️ highly recommended for those travel with kids 😍

Room was very very hot, and couldn't seem to find an option to turn down the heat. Woke up to try and readjust the AC unit during the night and it was set at 30c! Controls were not user friendly, not sure if this was a fault with only this room

the location of the hotel is quite far from the city center.

The bed was very comfortable, Staff was friendly and helpful even they can't speak English very well but they put an effort to try communicate. all staffs were polite and helpful. there was a convenience store nearby in a walking distance from the hotel. the drop off and pick up service at the disneyland was amazing and convenience! I'd highly recommend this hotel for whoever that planning to go to disneyland or whoever that don't want to travel far from the hotel to the Pudong airport

Booking.com chat staff. when I ask some help for bus service to/back Disneyland. They are not helpful much just send me let me bus time table even I said I'm at Disneyland how can I find out bus service back to hotel. They just send me bus time table on their link.

The location is a bit far from downtown like the Bund area.
