Accomodation in the room is a little old! main problem, but seems to improve little by little, the air conditonning NOISY and difficult control. Pitty they closed the bar, in the passed, they had a wonderful bar! has disseapeard since covid

staff at check in and check out not experienced. waited for long time with a long queue all the time. almost charged me wrong until I spotted a senseless mistake. not well trained yet.

room size is good. location next to a few nice malls with dining outlets and shops. Breakfast is quite good. staff at breakfast area good.

The room itself seemed very average considering that the price was well above average. We chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool, only to be told a few days before our stay that the pool was temporarily closed and no compensation would be offered for that.

The room was clean and had the necessary facilities. The hotel itself is pleasant and safe. The location in the Zhongshan Park area is very good.

The wifi didn't work a lot of the time and it often connected without internet. there is already a big restriction in China on the use of many applications, so it's was hard to stay in touch with family during this trip. The staff at the reception didn't seem to understand the fact that I needed a detailed invoice (since it was a business trip), which came as a surprise to me. I don't believe I'm the first one to need a full invoice upon check out.

The room was comfortable and everything that I could expect from the Renaissance. Breakfast was extensive with a good mix of Western and Asian options. The staff was helpful in the restaurant. The shopping center below the hotel is really convenient, so I could grab a quick dinner in the evening, while working. The overall experience was as expected.

breakfast is not good. cleanliness level could be better, towels are way over used. hotel maintenance is so so. the cleaning lady knocked the door and woke up our baby even though we had a "do not disturb sign on our room"

Location and staff highlight the pluses of this property. This high-rise hotel allows you to relax within the busy geography of central Shanghai. The staff is accommodating, and you feel welcomed from the moment you enter. The location is fantastic- right next to a major shopping mall and a subway (Metro) station. This property is a must-stay, and if you are lucky enough to get a high-level room, the city's night view is remarkable.

Door in bathroom was cracked and was taped up. Handle came off in my hand. My friends room AC did not work and was nit fixed. Very poor for such a hotel.

Cleanliness let it down; the basin had hairs in it which is really off putting. Likely a reasonable price for Shanghai but compared to other cities I thought there was a lack of value. Laundry was very expensive, could have bought new clothes for less, and was the only hotel in my one month stay that charged for laundry.

The staff were great and vigilant for con artists. I was expertly and professionally guided out on checkout after someone tried to attach themselves to me. Really professional staff, also spoke impeccable English. The location was excellent as I had heavy bags. Right on the number 2 line so access to the high speed train was great. Also multi storey mall attached to the hotel, so plenty of amenities on the doorstep. Room was spacious and upmarket.

Translate to English: "The hotel is located very close to Zhongshan Park metro station. It is cheap and easy to get there from Hongqiao Airport, only 4 metro stations away. It is also 4-5 metro stations away from the picturesque Bund. The staff is friendly and discreet, very helpful. I had a room on the 36th floor with a beautiful view of Shanghai. On the 58th floor, there is an excellent lounge with alcohol and snacks. It's worth getting the package."
