Noice-from two sources: you can hear other guests rolling their suitcase passing your door in the hallway; at 5am a group of senior people working out pretty loudly

Can't express in words the wonderful surprise I had with the hotel and its staff! It's a hidden gem, not to be avoided! So clean, so beautiful, with generous and so kind people running it and, always with a smile on their face, ready for all your questions, queries, whishes and help you may need! A warm thank you and regards to them, and next time in Shangai will be them for sure!

The only thing which was an advantage for us, that it is really close to the airport. If you want to go into the heart of the city you have to travel approx. half an hour by taxi (btw It was 130 yuan, one way)

Staff was very kind and helpful. - One of the staff members at the reception spoke English very well, and everyone wanted to help with everything. - Breakfast was quite varied and delicious. They automatically made us different fresh things (scrambled eggs, fruit etc.) - They ordered taxi for us to get into the city - Transport to and from Pudong airport was well organized. It is advised to send a message to them in advance: when you will arrive and which plane you will fly with. They sent us the phone number and the place they will wait for us. We had to call them when we arrived to the airport.

The place could use a bit of a loving hand to bring it back to its former glory. Just some minor things like cleaning the balconies could go a long way

Location was good - very easy to get to from airport. Good for 24 hour stay in Shanghai. Staff was exceptional. They managed very well,and accommodated our wishes.

Gym equipment very limited and most things not working. Breakfast looked impressive but the food was made in advance and laid out so most of it was cold. Bad coffee!

Really beautifully decorated and family friendly. Kids absolutely loved it. Staff friendly and helpful. About 25 min drive from the airport so good stopover option. Good value for money. Some great restaurants nearby for delicious Chinese food.

Nothing much except we felt the heating wasn't very sufficient. Weather was cold & wet on our last 2 days and common areas were very cold. Our room was cold when we arrived on 1st night but we managed to make it warmer by turning heater temp to max (35°c).

Great service from staff, especially the aunty who cooks breakfast & the lady at reception with glasses & short hair. Forgot to catch their names but super friendly, helpful & welcoming. Free transport to/fro airport & disneyland. Breakfast was excellent. Deco was tasteful & elegant. Rooms were well equipped with relevant amenities. Plenty of good local eateries and supermarket/lawsons just outside. Great location.

From reception to check out the staff will do anything for you if needed. Design of the unique rooms makes it very special. No better hotel in the airport area. Stayed two times already. Very convenient for early morning flights.

Monsoon shower head could have had more pressure. Water was good temperature but opted to use the smaller shower head for better pressure.

Lovely styling interior. Room was massive and very nicely designed. Bed was massive. High ceilings. Just overall very pleasant.

The outside environment is a bit disappointing. Some renovation going on plus feels quite remote.

The staff was really really nice and helpful. Mr Ye served us well beyond expectation. He even accommodated our schedule to be back from Disneyland and made a special trip just for us to pick us up himself while the driver was not on duty. Very impressed. 10 out of 10! One of the receptionists also helped us order food online with his own account because we didn't have the app installed. Just forgot to ask his name. The owner is very kind. Chatted with us while having breakfast. Very attended.

The breakfast was amazing. We loved trying the real Chinese food and the lady there was super helpful. The room was so cool - the kids really loved it and the bath made it great too.
