    Breakfast was a little rushed, as I stepped away from my table to get something my whole plate and coffee was removed, twice and so I gave up! No complimentary snacks in the bedroom

    I stayed two nights but the cleaning was not fully done. I saw the hairs were still on my bathroom floor, and it was at the “corner”.

    It is new and nice deco. Services were good and staffs are friendly and proactive to offer assistance.

    I had 3 rooms during this stay, so I will give the same review for all of the rooms: Im a regular guest in this hotel, so it pains me to say, that it seems like the service staff is under cost-down pressure. I found myself confronted with the following situations: 1. Curtains were simply dirty with big residues of what looks like food smudges 2. Control panel beside bed for light etc. was broken and would not dim itself at night, which meant bright shining light from the panel illumination. When the technicians came, I got that answer that in every room one of the panels is like that (I had a two bed room, the other panel dimmed correctly), which is a blatant lie. I had other rooms and both panels would of course always dim. After not accepting this false statement, they sent new technicians who fixed it. 3. When I called to order food to my room at 16:10, I was told that the staff is eating now and that I should wait, in a very rude way. I was later told that the kitchen staff thought I was a front desk employee of the hotel itself, which sounds like yet another excuse. 4. The replacement toilet paper role in the bathroom looked completely filthy (see attached photo). Hotel used to be top-notch, but unfortunately the trend is downwards. For a perfect experience, I will have to find a different hotel in the future.
