Had a problem with my telephone, which randomly began to tell me that I have "0 new messages" and started making noices after a while. Not a big problem tho since unplugging the phone solved it. The TV was a bit dated, but I at least had HBO.

Location was amazing. Minutes away from the main street, a few more from the metro station. The room was spacious and clean. Each staff at the reception I spoke to, spoke perfect english so Check-In/Check-Out went pretty easy.

The buffet breakfast is average in terms of variety and quality, especially the western food which didn’t meet my standard.

View from one of our rooms was not as good as one from the other room (from this room, we could see East Nanjing Road which was very nice).

room was very spacious. bed was comfy. had bath and shower. water presser was good. service was very good. Staff was attentive and hospitable. Had luggage deposit service. location is very good. Walking distance to shopping area along East Nanjing Road and the Bund. Overall, loved the hotel. will visit again if we come back to Shanghai.

No walk-in shower only over bathtub. Lobby bar staff not good English and made worst (and smallest) margarita ever! Restaurant Chinese food excellent but at 9pm staff packed away tables right next to me. Seems to me management charging 4 star prices for a 3 star service!

Huge 24th floor room towards the Bund only 15 minute walk away. 5 minutes from Metro #2 connecting w MagLev to Pudong airport, and 5 min from world’s biggest pedestrianised shopping street. Great hot shower and fluffy bathrobes, really helpful front desk.

Perhaps have more variety and changes in the food selection for breakfast. It can get a bit bored if you are staying a few nights.

The location is very convenient , 5 mins walk to metro and the famous Nanjing Road of Shanghai. Plenty of good restaurants within a short walking distance. The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Had good night sleeps. Staff are alert and speak reasonable English.

No USB plugs so it was difficult to charge things - however guest services will bring you phone chargers if you call them and ask!

Location is fantastic. Parallel to the main pedestrian street, and probably mid-way between both The Bund and People's Square. Metro stations are either under 5 minutes or around 10-15 minute walks depending on which line you need. The room was huge. Had a separate living area and bedroom. I stayed on Level 24 overlooking the street which was nice. Service was great - staff were very accommodating and helpful. Toothbrushes offered at check-in at the main desk, toiletries provided, but they'll give anything you need really.

The breakfast was not at the level of the hotel. It wasn't bad, but for that hotel I expected a better breakfast.

The location is perfect, less than 1 minute walk to Nanjin Pedestrian Road and 15 min walk to the Bund. The room is quite big and even has a working desk.
