Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaAs usual, i message the property through Booking.com and send an email to make some requests and inquiries and I get zero feedback. One import question was weather there is a countdown event. On the day I was checking in on the club floor one of the workers assured me there will be countdown along with some performance and alcohol. They even got me to book a seat as there would be a lot of people. At 1130pm we got ready, took my son who was asleep to the main restaurant and to our surprise, there was just another couple and the barman who was getting ready to leave. He told us there is no countdown today and also that he doesn't have any champagne but some wine that already had gone sour probably since yesterday! This is yes a Sheraton I'm reviewing. Day 2 we ordered some food for my son at breakfast time. To not waste, we took it to the room so he can finish later. We ask the club floor to heat the food, without asking much she calls someone to bring me an document to sign saying if I bring food from outside the hotel, they're not responsible if anything happens to me! She didn't even look that that was the bowl! The minute I understood what I was about to sign, I told the guy this food was cooked in your kitchen, so he went and microwaved it. Such unprofessional club staff. Speaking about the club, if you don't request for service, you will never be served. Back to the baby food. He ate some more at lunch and we left it there. The whole last day we stayed in to enjoy the hotel Club without service! We decided to go on a stroll late afternoon after tea time. We came back to the room after shopping around 7 and the room has been somewhat tidied, but a smell of rotten food welcomed us when we got in! Can you imagine, I left a note since other things we used hadnt been removed, before we left. And plus if you cannot read, can you not smell? And yet they want to tell.
The hotel itself is extremely well decorated and very comfortable. We booked a suite with club access.
