A bit noisy at night due to the hotel being on the same street as the night market. Very hard mattress, not comfortable.

Good location in a lively area and close to Laojie metro station (3min walk). Nice hotel, spacious room with kitchenette and wading machine. Good service overall.

Breakfast was good and the location is also very convenient since it is close to the subway station. A bit noisy from the street before going to bed as there were a lot of people playing loud music on the streets nearby.

The drop off location is not clear - bigger hotel signboard and clear direction will help [no assistance provided especially for guests arriving in wee hours, the path to the entrance is very dark] as well as the parking allocation is confusing.

Breakfast was very simple but value for the price I paid for! Quiet place and location is great for shoppers.

It is a bit noisy on the 6th floor at night due to the night life outside. But it is totally tolerable and especially for people who seeks for local feeling, it is not a problem.

Stuff is helpful and the cleaner is energetic. Service is good. Location is very vibrant. Very good to get energetic local feeling. Home feeling.

I liked the cleaniness, the efficient polite staff from front of house, the technical team and the house keeping team. I like, the clean modern decor, the location ,its about 100yds from the entrance of the metro station .It was reasonably quiet despite being right next to Shenzhen's busiest pedestrian street, which is a fun place to experience. We have stayed in other hotels in Shenzhen and have not found one better. Dongmen Yitang Service Apartment will be our first choice. We have re- booked and our total stay is 18 days.

A bit of noise because it is near the shopping area but after 11pm it is quiet.

Convenient location next to Dong Men pedestrian shopping street and Laojie MRT station. It is new and well managed. Supplied with cooker and washer too.

Name on the outside of the hotel is CM+ service apartments instead of what is mentioned on Booking.com, so might give some issues if you’re trying to find it through navigation apps. Certain rooms no windows.

Clean. Quiet. Location near the Laojie station, exit F/G. In Dongmen area, lots of restaurants and food options. Entertainment area.

The only small downside is that it can be noisy during the day due to the DongMen Pedestrian Street nearby. However it's really not a big deal and the noise stops around 11pm, then it is silent and you can have a lovely night's sleep.

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, modern and absolutely spotless. The staff are super friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak Chinese. The price is very good value and the location is very convenient. I extended my stay twice because this place is ideal for a travelling professional and for travelling with a partner.

The location is exceptional indeed..very close to dongmen pedestrian street. Close to metro station..just in front of sun plaza shopping mall. Lots of shop for shopping. Value for money. Can cook like home.

The breakfast is really very very basic. Can just opt without as the old street food street is just opposite, many many other breakfast options. The 1st flagship MacDonald in China is also just opposite the apartment.

The location is fantastic. Across the street the Dongmen old street shopping and food place, train station and walking distance to major malls. Next to the apartment is a good dim sum restaurant, Tang Palace. Very very convenient area.
