The only thing that might be a lack of coffee/tea in the room (thhere is teapot even though). Also it was hard to find way from subway to the hostel. On Google maps it showed us the wrong path so I would recommend to add more details about it in description.

Location is great! Room is clean and beautiful. The hostel itself has a very much Instagram look, Marshall's speaker on the first floor etc. Enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely choose it next time I am here.

Just as information for other travelers, there is no lift so it can happened that you have to carry your heavy stuff to the 5th floor, for us it was fine

Very nice stuff, good contact with stuff per Booking chat. The house is located in peacefull area not far from metro, air condition was working good, clean bed sheets, everything was fine and we got what we expected

No elevator so for the 5th floor you needed to climb some stairs. However the staff informs you beforehand so you can pick your own floor. :-)

I was surprised to see no soap in the shared bathrooms, but perhaps it's normal in this region. I just used my own soap.

Comfortable beds, clean facilities. The staff speaks English and was very helpful. The entrance lobby is very relaxing and I wish I had stayed longer :)

I had a relaxing stay at Loft Youth Hostle. It is easily accessible by the subway system, located in Shenzhen's Creative Park (a local destination) with plenty of F&B choices. There is a super market and food stalls in the builiding across a small street. Walking around was super interesting. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to value travellers.

I was walking so it was further than was convenient. However, it's no problem (I was just tired), only about 10-15 minutes from the subway station.

The hostel exceeded my expectations in every way! Comfortable, clean, hot water, quiet, nice area... Across the street there is a complex that has a supermarket, some fancy-ish restaurants on the upper floors, and on the ground level some very good local restaurants. Chang fen, steamed buns, and noodle/dumpling spots, all excellent for a traditional breakfast. Across that street from there are some more restaurants.

There was no handwash in the toilet.

Location was great as it was about 10 minutes walk to either Qiaocheng North or Qiaocheng East metro stations where you can take line 2 or line 1 and these lines get you to almost all the major attractions in Shenzhen (e.g. Sea World, Dameisha Beach, Window of the World, Splendid China Folk Village). Just opposite the hostel is the OCT East Market building which has a supermarket and a few restaurants. There are also other good restaurants and cafes nearby (< 5 minutes walk).

Internet connection for streaming was just tolerable. They could have it speed it up more. The place doesn't have an elevator, so if you have physical challenges you might want to request a lower floor. It has 5 floors (including the ground floor).

Helpful staff, nice location with restaurants and artistic things. Subway station Qiaocheng East is less than 10 minutes walking distance.

For reference, I am a Texan who enjoys traveling. I am also younger than most of the people one might find backpacking around the world. I was impressed by the quality of the hostel. The lobby is clean and spacious, and it has a reading room and water dispenser. The staff were very helpful, not only in checking me in and accommodating me, but also in rectifying an error that had been made with the booking. The rooms are very nice, and they reminded me of a place in London I like to stay. These were better, though. Shenzhen is a city where things are happening--if you're in the area, you should visit.

The hostel could organise some activities to encourage interaction between guests. For example, some of the other hostels that I visited had movie nights and card games. As well, it would be nice if the heat mode of the air-conditioner in my dormitory had worked, as it got quite cold in the evening. Apart from that, this hostel is excellent in every other area!

Excellent hostel with clean beds and bathrooms. The bed ranks as one of the most comfortable ones that I've seen in a hostel. In terms of location, it is about 10 minute's walk from the subway station and is conveniently located close to various convenience stores, restaurants and cafes. The staff members are also very attentive, as they messaged me after my booking to confirm my check-in time and other details. Highly recommended to anyone who is visiting Shenzhen.
