I booked a room for 3 people so I would expect the room to be able to sleep 3 people. However, there are only 2 single beds provided and we had to pay for an extra bed, which doesn't make any sense when I clearly booked a room for 3 people. The room itself is also too small to fit 3 people, there was almost no space for the extra bed. So if you need to sleep 3 adults, don't trust the listing here.

The location is right at the heart of Chengdu and right next to exit D of Luomashi station. Staff are nice and try to help us book taxi, collect parcels, etc.

The auto sliding door not working well but I see them doing some maintenance work. So should be doing good after the repair and maintenance.

Clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful especially Concierge. Mr Davis is especially kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us with the transportation arrangements and how to go about. Really appreciate their advice and service.

There was a convention going on during our stay, which made it messy and congested in the lobby and with the lifts.

Room was new, clean and comfortable. The service staff were friendly and helpful, especially Concierge Manager, Davis, who even helped us booked our train tickets before we arrived.

Location is good. It's close to one of the metro stations. Although we do not have many chances taking the public transport, it is still a plus. The staff are friendly. The food selection for breakfast is good. We enjoy our stays in here.

I would have liked a little more variety at breakfast.

The hotel has a great location. You can walk to a metro station in a few minutes and to Tianfu Square in about 10 to 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and looked very new. The staff and service were incredibly good. Whether booking tickets or Davis helped me book tickets (sometimes not so easy if you don't have a Chinese cell phone number), took care of cabs and was always there to answer my questions. I have to say a special thank you to Evin. He really helped a lot when my flight was canceled. He contacted the airline's hotline and took care of a replacement booking. So he made sure that my departure was relaxed after all. Thank you very much. I felt that I was in good hands throughout my stay.

There were construction works blocking the main entrance. Not the hotels fault as it was due to subway works, but the alternate entry through the back was right across from a busy night club

Construction work around the hotel makes it rather inconvenient to walk out for simple dining.

The carpet and the furniture are very dated, need refurbishment.

It’s an old hotel but I was very pleased that both swimming pool and sauna were open and I really enjoyed it.

Easily reach from airport by metro. Take line 18. Change at South Train Station to Line 1, to Luomazhi station. Hotel is a few hundred meters away. The reception staffs are professional and very helpful, especially Davies.

No bar! Hotel was under construction and we didn’t know that at time of booking, so lack of dining and bar experience.

Reception staff were great. I had made an error with my booking and I ended up needing and extra room they were very accommodating

This hotel is too old and facilities is not modern enough. The breakfast is not bad but no shining points.

The position is quite good and transportation is very convenient.

Outside the room ( restaurant, swimming pool, lobby) is very cold. To get the swimming pool you have to go outside the building. Its just a few second walk , but its not good when you go out in bath rob during winter. Inside of the pool is quite cold. We was with baby and can not go to swim because of that reasons. Breakfast was poor. We were in Sheraton in other locations (perhaps in Astana) and its much better than in Chengdu.

The room is new and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I'm very happy with my stay. The room was very nice. It's a newer building, it seems. The breakfast was really good. It's a great mixture of Chinese and western foods.
