Everything is awesome. The staff were so helpful and they helped us call taxis wherever we wanted to go. They also recommended that we could eat at really good restaurants nearby. Our room was great the view. The hotels breakfast was so good that it was worth the stay at the hotel. I will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

All staff in the hotel were very kind & nice, but some of them did not understand English very well. That was a little inconvenience.

While I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. I felt very comfortable rest of days until checked out. Also, special thanks to Rio & Albert, both of the managers really helped me a lot.

Spa - since it’s outsourced, you can consider it only for extra services. So was not helpful for me to relax my muscles due to 9 hours walking continuously in the fair.

Great Hospitality! Special mention for Mr. Albert - Head of concierge services as he has been very warm & helpful for all my travel needs & he’s always caring and patient. Very friendly nature & excellent communication skills. Keep it up!!!

great staff , 25 meter pool, great gym , clean and good view. Close to Pazhou for Canton fair, close to Guangzhou Nan high speed train , 40 mins to Hong Kong by train. A beautiful property stylish and quaility appointments

New, fresh, clean, with kind staff. Everything met our requirements. Even more, we get room upgrade and cake due to birthday. Hotel located 5 min away from Metro station and has many shopping malls around.

No such. We were definitely satisfied with our stay. All was fantastic, so as kind personnel.

Breakfast was just fine with a wide range of Asian so as ''English Breakfast'' food selection. It can definitely satisfy the needs of any guest. We were very happy, when reception personnel have decided to upgrade our room and more over send us a cake. It was very kind.

My only gripe is that it seemed the air conditioner turned off at some point in the early morning and I had to restart it, minor though!

Good size rooms, great staff, comfortable beds! Heated marble floor under the mirror in the bathroom = amazing. The location is perfect if you're heading to Chimelong Safari Park and there are some AMAZING restaurants nearby!

Staff don’t speak English, so it makes it very very difficult. We ordered drinks from in room dining and each time it took over 15 mins to just make them understand what we were asking for.

found blood on pillow case(the solution was giving us fruit and biscuit..... )and also the service is not good, they dont really care, kinda act like robots and cold face... alao swimming pool was open to everyone, a lot of people in the dressing room and it was not that clean. the return of deposit took longer than a week.. really really unprofessional
