Overhead lighting in the room always makes it feel sterile. Suggest adding some table lamps instead to make it cozier.

There isn't much to see & do around the close proximity of the hotel. The city is a bit of a distance, via metro it is about 30-50mins. The Disneyland shuttle (only one a day) leaves around 7 am.

Airport transfer is easy to find and runs smoothly. We arrived at the hotel around 9am, and they allowed to check in. Room was comfy, spacious, quiet, good mattress, well equipped. Check out was quick, airport transfer back to the airport was on time. The receptionist did their best to guide us to Disneyland, get us a taxi, explained atm options, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to come back if we want to be near Disneyland (20mins drive per route).

The airport shuttle was easy to find and exactly where they said it would be. The room was quiet, air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, and the shower was nice and hot. Got 12 straight hours of sleep after my international flight. Can't ask for more from an airport hotel!

More information about the Shuttle Service would be useful for overseas tourist. E.g. The Shuttle Bus leaves Terminal 2 at regular interval of 45min. You can wait for the Shuttle Service at Gate 27. If you are coming out of the Arrival Hall after 11pm, please walk out from Gate 29 and walk to Gate 27.

There are 24 hour eateries near the hotel which was very convenient as we arrived at 1.30am in the morning and was looking for supper. There affordable eateries near the hotel. The staff is very helpful to get us a DiDi (taxi) to take us to our next destination.

Internet was very slow, worked ok for emails and WhatsApp messages, however I was not able to send any of photos. No one of search engines what I know worked, but maybe this is due to censorship.

Amazing place to say between the flights! Transfer bus was in the the right place and times as described. Not far from Airport. Amazing and helpful staff, great breakfast. Good neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and shops I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! Food was exceptional and good quality, the rooms were clean and aesthetic as well as comfortable. The environment outside of the room was also wonderful, a very well-kept hotel. Staff No‘3’ and staff No‘9’ were extremely helpful and considerate, as well as another male staff that voluntarily carried our luggage and sent us to our room.

It’s not very glam but we were ok with that. Just a cheap option so it was perfect for what we wanted.

Very friendly staff. Arranged an early check in for us. Good English speaking too. We’re only there for 8 hours. Had a sleep on comfy beds. Nice shower. Affordable. Family room for four. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Close to airport. Got a taxi there and used the free shuttle back. Be careful of taxis as they try to charge extra. We had to get two due to how many suit cases we had. One was 47 and the other was 88. We paid both 50 which they accepted. They only take cash but said they had little change so I went inside the hotel to change a 100 note. Seemed a bit strange a taxi that only takes cash did not have any change. I have a feeling that they say they only have 30 so they get a bit extra. Make sure you take the address details with you in Chinese too so you can show the driver.

Airport shuttle from airport to hotel didn't work for us so worth noting on hotel details maybe that the cab fare is only 160, airport to hotel so not a massive deal.

This is a truly amazing little hotel. Yes the rooms are small and the property looks low key from the outside, but well managed and staffed as a hotel. We stayed twice for our 1 month trip to China, inbound then outbound, both experiences were exceptional. The spotless clean maintenance of the hotel, the warmth and kindness of the staff, the helpful shuttle drivers, and the breakfast. In particular, the willingness to go extra mile for guests no matter what their needs are. The first time was that my 15 year old daughter accidentally separated from me at the airport, having to arrive early by herself at the hotel, with no money in the pocket. Multiple reception girls took care of her along the way, from shuttle pickup, to settling her in her room, and even fed her before my arrival. The 2nd time(outbound) was my old frail parents having extra luggage, oversized too(no joke). The kind gentleman in the lobby and number 11 reception girl went extra mile to accommodate us. They arranged in advance a big bus, instead of their normal medium coach, to accommodate the large volume of our luggage, also helped us loading all the luggage. Thank you so much to all of you! We will surely return.

Transfer shuttle bus between PVG and hotel - very punctual and in 24 hours. Location - in a street full of restaurants. There is a fruit supermarket as well. Room - clean and useful. Reception - friendly and helpful Breakfast - Chinese and the Continental, delicious I travelled to another city and needed a hotel for my morning flight. This is a very good hotel for transit. The shuttle bus driver helped to load my luggage and the receptionist was very friendly.
