The hotel is insanely beautiful especially at night, not too close to main tourist place but not too far. They upgraded us to a suite for 3 nights stay during a busy period 🙏🏻 the staffs were beyond helpful, especially the front man Ding Wei Sing ( I think) very friendly and always there to help. Free access to the Panmen and it was the highlight of our trip and not busy at all.

The Ruiguang Tower was a surprisingly highlight of the trip to Suzhou, probably would not visited if weren’t staying at the hotel.

The garden attraction broadcasts music throughout its opening hours, so will need to get use to the music. Thankfully, the music isn't too loud. The other downside is hotel is about 15-20mins car ride from the main attractions.

Every nice environment and ambience, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's free access to the garden attraction next to the hotel.

The drainage system is relatively slow, whether it is the bathroom or the toilet, maybe because this hotel has a long history! Maybe some repairs are needed

Signature building or the hotel. Enjoy free admission of PAN MEN just next to the hotel, this is a wonderful attraction for the hotel guest , no that crowded. Room are big enough, and the viewing is nice

The garden under my window is not clean. It's kind of normal there, but should be clean and it is easy to clean.

Two rooms are connected, and one is a suite. So I had plenty of space for a family of 3.

The hotel is already just a beautiful building, outside and inside as well. Really something to see in Suzhou. the garden of the hotel is also something to see absolutely, we can have a walk at night and during the day. Nice restaurants in the hotel. Definitely can recommend.

I loved this hotel so much, though we stayed just one night! The hotel itself was gorgeous, tastefully decorated, clean and comfy. We got a free room upgrade to the suite, it was FANTASTIC! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is exceptionally beautiful and with direct access to the gardens and the pagoda. I enjoyed walking there! The breakfast was great. Also I used the swimming pool. I would love to come back!

This hotel is next level. First of all, it is absolutely massive and has a lot of facilities. The hotel itself looks great and is well kept. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was absolutely amazing. I’m truly happy to have stayed here.

The internet connection was awful and this was really difficult to work from the room (impossible with the WiFi). By chance we bought a SIM card with 5G data access and like that we worked. The level of IP packet losses was so high that even when we connected to our own email servers oversea we were blacklisted dur to a too high amount of connexion from the same IP address (the hotel). This point has to be definitly solved oherwise I would not come back to this hotel for a business trip.

Almost everything was perfect except for the internet connection that was a real problem. If you go to this hotel on holidays, it's a really nice place, but if it's for work be prepared with the WiFi...

It is very busy and the room was a bit dark.

The location is everything. It is exceptionally beautiful and with direct access to the gardens and the pagoda. The building is beautiful and perfectly renovated. Inside it is a big maze but everywhere you look there is something beautiful.

The facilities is not as modern and handy as other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed. Suppose this kinda matches the style of the building.

The architecture in this hotel is special and you probably do not get to see any of this elsewhere.
