I love the loaction for the hotel. Many food and shopping was just 10min walk from the hotel. The room and bathroom are well kept and clean. I will definitely book this hotel when I returned to Beijing.

The air conditioning was not working for the first 2 days, it was too hot to sleep in at night. We requested to change a room on the third day of the stay but staff informed they have fixed the air conditioning. The air conditioning was working soon after but broke down on the second last night of the stay again. We have once again requested to change rooms and the staff arranged accordingly immediately.

- Soundproofing is not good but acceptable.

Location - The hotel is close to Wangfujing Street and Jinyu Hutong Station (the nearest subway entrance is approx. 300m away). - There is a mini mart at the 1st floor of the hotel and also many department stores near the hotel. Room - I booked for a superior double room and found that the room was recently renovated. - The room is clean with a very comfort bed. Note: The hotel will conduct room upgrade project from April 1 to April 30, 2025.

The structure was quite old and there are ongoing renovations until May 2025, the A/C was very noisy and made it hard to sleep, beds weren't comfortable for a 5-star hotel, in gener value for money wasn't very good

despite of having 3 names in the reservation, the hotel personnel started stating us that Booking is wrong and we need to pay for breakfast for my daughter. It was super clear in the reservation that breakfast was a part of booking and free of charge for everyone. After lengthy and complicated discussion with reception ( very tiring that noone speaks English and all the time you have to use the translation via mobile) and my request to get me the general manager, they agreed to follow Booking.com terms and conditions. After long flights, tiring discussions, thats not the welcome from the hotel you want to get honestly.

We never quite got over the constant smell of sewer in Beijing, which was particularly strong around / inside this hotel.

Located near subway stations, walking distance to forbidden city. On main shopping street. We first had an ‘old’ room, but were asked to move after 3 nights to a much better and modern room, which made the experience so much more pleasant! Very comfortable. Nice swimming pool. Amazing breakfast (we just added it on when we wanted to).

It is an old 5 star hotel. TV is old. it needs some modernization or refurnishment. Twin room is not big, to fit an extra child bed, it's awkward.

The hotel is in city center, a short walk to Wangfujing, Main shopping street in Beijing and to Tianmen Square. Cross the road, there are a few restaurants, and short walk to all modern shopping malls and restaurants in this area. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Modern lobby, There are few restaurants in the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Towels, shower gel, slippers, safe, small fridge were all provided. It has a swimming pool, gym, and massage service centre. one window can be opened for fresh air.

Rooms were too hot, with no way to control the temperature apart from opening windows. there was also generally a smell of smoking on the floors, which made it hard as my kids have allergy to it’s smoke. Need more options for vegetarians in breakfast- meat or bacon in almost everything
