Location was very good - directly opposite many restaurants in xintiandi and a 5 min walk to many malls. Check in/check out staff were very efficient and friendly. Room layout was great, enough international plug points and lots of space to move around the room.

Langham Xintiandi is situated in privileged location with excellent stores and restaurants in the surroundings, close to the Bundt , Nanjing Rd , Yu Garden and other attractions. The room is spatious, very clean .At the club level the meals and snacks are excellent . The hotel staff is outstanding and courteous, especially the group that work at Langham club.

Overall, the high light of the hotel is the staffs are excellent. The food is good. The location is ok ,not a walking distance to the NANJING PEDESTRIAN STREET. And the Bund . But it is a short taxi ride or DIDI ride at a very affordable price!

United Arab EmiratesI loved everything in this hotel. However visitors to shanghai must know that hotel room temperature is set to 19.5* to 22* degree Celsius in almost all hotels in shanghai, which could be not cold enough if your used to sleeping in a very cold room
