Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing view from the room (we had a Pearl tower room on 45th floor), from the lobby bar and rooftop Flair (not just a bar but also a very nice restaurant. Spacious, great service (and major part of staff speaks English), including very nice room service. Very good quality of WiFi.

PolandI personally didn't like the location: it's business district, so there are only offices and shopping malls there. So you'll need to cross the river every time you want to explore Shanghai. However if your target is shopping then it's perfect because there are some great shopping malls nearby (and one is located in the same building). The furniture is a bit old and has visible signs of use, although it's clean and functioning.
First of all, the view is breathtaking. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. There's variety of interesting bars and restaurants (of course a bit overpriced, but what would you expect from 5 stars hotel). The room is cleaned twice a day, and they give you a lot of bottled water (it's important to stay hydrated!).
