In my room the telephone was defect making a bit of an annoying noise. But nothing that taking out the plug could not solve.

Breakfast have a lot of variety. Suit rooms is really amazing and very very classy with exceptional bathroom ans shower area and relaxing bathtub and walk in closet. The shopping mall next to the hotel have a lot of restaurants with different types of food

The staff is friendly but a little short for this hotel. The location is not bad but the mall ubicated besides the showroom almost thar with the Covid

Hotel staff could have provided amenities such as towels and water more automatically. We booked a room for 3 but most of the times only 2 sets were available.

Breakfast was good and the selection was pretty wide but it got boring as we said for a total of 5 nights. Convenient location, with the train station located nearby. There is a shopping mall directly beside the hotel. 7/11, Luckin Coffee and a minimart was just located at level 1 of the hotel. Very satisfied with the staff service as well. Ordered quite a few parcels online and shipped it to the hotel, and the staff delivered it up to my room.

The beds are a bit too short, as i had a kingsize bed i could lie diagonal in the bed, but when you travel as a couple it could be challenging. Was missing a deskchair in my room so I could work a little bit. But after calling the service line they brought me a chair swiftly.

Nice spacious rooms with a great view over Guzhen. Decoration of the room is very nice and all functions perfectly. Great breakfast. The hotel is situated on top of a shopping mall so you can find some entertainment and restaurants. Also it is a short strawl to the high speed train station.

Staffs in the front desk and in the restaurant is la lacking of professional training. I ask them for arranging a taxi for me, the staff told me they are not in contract with taxi company so its better I call the taxi myself using local app! Besides, the day I check out I had my breakfast but not starting with a cup of tea as I usually did! The staff told me that they have issue with the water supply and told me to have a cup of coffer instead. Unbelievable, such a big chain hotel like the Westin cannot even offer a cup of tea for their guest…

The layout of my room is very modern and luxurious which I love it. The room is very spacious and the bathroom layout makes me feel very comfortable.

Spa staff attitude was terrible, no charge were allowed ti put into room ( strange as its westin and 5 star). However, thanks tk crystal again, to smooth the situation.

No breakfast and poor evening snacks in the Executive Lounge. This is not acceptable as we paid extra price for this facility. The location of the hotel is outside the city center.

Beside the executive Lounge the facilities were good and staff was very friendly.

The staff while taking the room deposit tried multiple credit cards as their machine was not responding and ended up taking 3 times the deposit so basically 3 cards were swipped without them knowing abd later after an hour I got sms from all 3 banks..totally not acceptable In the end had to pay by local bank through a staff member of mine

Location, room size, restaurants, Starbucks, 7 Eleven below the hotel was really nice , shopping mall attached was not fully functional
