The hot-water pressure of the shower was very low.

The hotel is closely located to the Tianmen mountain cable car station. You can go there by foot within 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly and did his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He also gave us thorough advis on our planned daytrips.

The place is clean , comfortable and central from everything. 7 mins walk from cable car to Tiamman mountain. 5 mins taxi to airport .Steven the receptionist its just amazing, very kind and helpful!! He will book u trip or tour and advice you about things to do. He goes the extra mile to make u stay special and always willing to help

RE mountain view: Mountains are far and partially hidden

Steven was super helpful, I wechat him about everything: Where to eat, Chinese names of places for ordering Didi, booking tickets for forest park, how to plan my tour etc. The room was clean, large and warm. Heater + electric bed sheets.

The staff Terry was really very nice and friendly and extremely helpful. He basically helped to brief us of how to go and what he feels is the best method to travel/way to go to and fro the attractions, and how to navigate the attractions. His briefing was extremely helpful and could tell that he was very sincere in helping us and was willing to answer all our questions. Will definitely go back in the future.

The bathroom in the room was quite pungent.

The bed was soft and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, willing to help us plan our itinerary and make the most of our stay! A comfy chill out area downstairs with a rooftop hangout area on top of the bar.

The host, Steven, was very friendly and service-minded. He helped me in an excellent way to plan my visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, recommending restaurants and booking taxis. Great value for the money!

It wasn't long enough

The rooms were large, modern and very very comfortable. What made our stay more amazing was the staff who picked us up from the street when we got lost trying to find the hotel. Super amazing hospitality and helped us purchase tickets to Tianmen mountain. He was so helpful, welcoming, friendly, informative and cute. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel

Steve was a great host. Helped me book tickets to all the tourist attractions and gave me accurate and concise directions on how to get there and how to make the most of each venue. The location is away from the bustle and noise of the city but merely a 5 mins taxi ride that costs no more than 2 USD.

Unfortunatly there is no possibility to breakfast over here, but the host can help you with arranging breakfast by delivery.

The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The host was very nice and helped us with everything. He even brought us to the airport! Also the location is perfect, because it is close to the Airport and the city centre.
