The only thing I missed a little, but it was definitely not a real problem, is there was no TV in the room. However, it does have a TV available in a shared separate living room.

Hotel is very well located, easy access to subway and bus lines, lots of food shops nearby, very kind and helpfull staff, room very clean and confortable, and also has a shared kitchen with lots of equipments, very convenient.

Cleaners threw out my earplugs that I'd left on my bedside table, which was a huge downer because I couldn't sleep. They were also rather good earplugs that I'd bought in London and can't get in NZ! Hotel staff provided compensation (after initially denying the cleaners had touched them) which helped, but it was still a pain. Also, be aware that Google maps is hopeless for finding this place. Get the correct address from the staff if using a taxi.

Staff were very kind and helpful, especially the guy who spoke English and was able to advise me on getting to and from the airport. The room was great - very clean, huge bed, huge bathroom. Great to have access to a washing machine and kitchen.

The WIFI speed needs improvement and occasionally it's possible to hear conversations from the next room due to the thin walls.

I'm really enjoying the peaceful location here. Additionally, there's a convenient bike rental location right outside the hotel. The Family mart is also within close proximity, along with plenty of great local dining options. I absolutely love my room - it's got such a cozy, homey vibe.

The night staff were not use to our western credit card, and we had to pay in the morning. But no real problem; they were very accomodating.

The place was unusual to me - a co-living space. But, for the centre of Shanghai (close to French Concession), the room was massive. There was a shared kitchen, games room, pool table, and maybe more I recommend!

- The location wasn't the best. Bit of a walk to the subway station and other cool attractions. - The rooms can be quite close to the main traffic outside so there might be noise during the night that affects your sleep. - The wall is thin so be mindful of the noise you make!

The floor was not dirty in particular, but could be vacuumed upon arrival.

I stayed in two areas in Shanghai, and this area seems much more foreigner friendly. Location is good. Many restaurants, cafes (with English translated menus), shopping and a good supermarket nearby. Staff spoke English with no issues and helped me with my luggage to my room. Daily housecleaning. Bed was comfortable, but a little bit too firm for my taste. It was rock solid. The bathroom has a heating fan. Room is a lot more spacious than it appears in the pics. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good price/value for French Concession area. The room is well maintained and cleaned every day. The bed is super comfy. I loved the shared kitchen too. The staff speaks good English and are ready to help. There’s a 24hr konbini just around the corner and every cool spot is within 15 min bike ride.

Cleaning staff yelled a lot, some of the other guests were also inconsiderate with loud, drunk yelling. There is a bad sewer smell if you leave the sink drainage open. My shower leaked water

- The sheets on my first night had an old blood stain on it but when I told the staff on the second day they quickly replaced them. - There are white and clear marks on the headboard and the wood surrounding the bed. - There are dead bugs squashed on the walls and there is lots of hair and dirt on the base that the mattress is on in the loft area. a deep clean is needed. - Lastly, the bathroom tiles could use a deep clean as they are stained in the corners and various stains on the walls.

- Friendly staff who are very helpful and they allow late check-in even though the security guard can't speak English it is still possible. - They came to clean the room every two days, replaced the water and toiletries - Cute room layout with great air-conditioning. And I loved the bathroom heater. - Lots of amenities and places to hang out in at the hotel

If the door of the restroom is opened, it will be a little inconvenient for crossing the corridor. But this is not a big problem.

the design of the house is very unique. All the equipments are user friendly. Everything is very comforting. I feel very relaxed in the room.
