Location on Booking.com is not correct actually and we don’t know Chinese for using BAIDU maps so we had some difficulties but anyways it is okay.

Place is super near to THE BUND, and people are chill.

The bathroom didn't have a door, so anyone who walked in the door of the bedroom had pretty much a free show to you on the throne. There were also no lockers. Not a lot of good eateries near by, unless you wanted to go to the bougie shopping centre next door.

Friendly staff, accomodating host, slippers/towels provided, large balcony with wonderful views, fairly close to the Yuyuan garden malls, quiet area away from bustle of shanghai, close to the Bund.

It is REALLY hard to find this place from the information provided. The address is 88 Zhonghua Road, which is a gated complex of six tower blocks. You need to enter through the gate, then walk to the other end of the complex, to building 2 in the NW corner. Get in the building somehow and go to the 29th floor. there are two flats and it's the one on the right. If there's no answer, try the door - it's probably unlocked.

The place is chill - feels like you've walked into a flatshare. TBH, you kind of have - two of the guys there have been living there for over a year ;)

Bring your own toilet paper cause the bathroom rarely has it. Pay with wechat or alipaycause they will not give you change if you pay cash.

The view is amazing for sure the best part. Free loundry is also a plus

No toilet paper, water dropping in the middle of corridor, no lockers. Difficult to find, further navigation information would be helpful.

Common spaces like lavatory and kitchen wasn’t really clean, microwave was with a broken button, toilet doors were broken, in my room there wasn’t a toilet door at all😱

Not recommend for tourist, There are some people in the room who have been living there permanently for many years.The room is full of their belongings.You will not get space to keep your luggage.The behavior of those people who leaving from many years in room is not good with you.You will not find cleaning anywhere, neither in the toilet, nor in the bathroom, nor in the room, nor in the lobby.You will not find toilet paper nor will you find a shampoo inside the bathroom!If you are going, please pay the full amount to the host as I did not get the rest of my money back.

Dirty and people living in the same room. Showers were disgusting. Bathroom the worst.

Almost nothing. You need to walk a bit from the subway station. But in general, there is nothing much to complain - if you come to Shanghai for several days it's a perfect spot.

- The location is very nice. You can see the Bund from the windows. - It's the 29th floor meaning you have access to the rooftop. Can chill and enjoy the view. - Everything was clean. Bed sheets were warm, the whole place was very nice and quiet. - Even if you forget the shampoo there are plenty of things in the bathroom.

Common space was really dirty, looks like nobody clean it. Kitchen is not suitable for cooking because of leftovers and old food everywhere. Before sitting to the table you need to clean it. Looks like somebody lives there constantly and doestn't clean it
