Location just outside of Wuzhen tourist sites, between the west and east side of Wuzhen. Extreme friendly staff who will answer all your questions. She also gave me an orange and a pack of Wuzhen biscuits. Room was clean and had river view.

Everything was good.

Location is good as it is very near the East Scenic Zone. Most of all, the landlady is super kind and attentive. It felt very welcoming to be offered Wuzhen cookies and oranges upon check-in. Througout my three-day stay, she was always making sure I had everything I needed. And she sent me to the bus station when I checked out.

The host was so helpful and warm that makes you feel like home. She even help to send our luggages to bus station by using her motorcycle. Price is also affordable.

Owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. She brought us to the tourist spot and gave us very good suggestions on where to buy and eat nice local food. The room view balcony is superb!

The host aunt was really thoughtful and kind. She turned aircon for us as we walked in . The weather was not cold but we wore quite thin foe the day. The whole place was clean including the room. Beds were comfy , not too soft or too hard. It has hair dry, soap , bottled water, kettle everything described in the Web. We booked the double bed room with river views, that room is spacious. It is located in Nan Zha ( the south part ) , has authentic view than Xi Zha. It took us about 5, 6 minutes to Xi Zha by taxi, so quite convenient.

For foreigners it is not easy to find the place, you nees to use app to ask local people

The host is extremely nice and helpful. She helped to pick us up when we lost ways and transferred us to the bus station. Welcome Cookies is also great!

Very pretty room directly at the water side. The host was extremely friendly and helpful! We got a water on arrival and on departure as well. The room had delicious tea in a Chinese tea pot.

There is no lift to the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. I stay there during the winter, there is no floor heater. apparently will be so cold.

Locality is good. But the location is at east side. the visit to the wuzhen is at west side. Surround have a lot recommended restaurant. Is a good experience with a try to stay at the old town.

Madame home owner was super friendly and she treated me so nicely! She went with me to clothing stores to buy clothes and drove me free to Xizha gate. She also treated me grapes and very delicious local candies and gave me super heartful advice for travel. She doesn't know English but she used translator very fluently so no problem communicating. Thank you very much for the stay! And Wuzhen is very beautiful and clean!

I like everything there, the room is clean, comfy and we are lucky to have a river view room. The person in charge, Wen, is very helpful and nice, she guided us how and where to go around Wuzhen to save time and cost. She acts more than a host 😍 Love you Wen 🥰

A nice owner, who can answer your questions and provide any needed help with curtesy drink water and cakes. She has helped us to the main road for the taxi to come. The best way to get this hotel would be by taxi, cost you 10 RMB.
