The dorm room doors are very loud opening and closing so you might be woken up every time someone enters if leaves the dorm at night.

The hostel was very clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was very nice and the commonroom/lounge very fancy. Generally a big and well organized hostel in the absolute heart of the city! Pretty much everything in the old city is in walking distance and the next metro station is just across from the door!

The place was lovely and the staff incredibly helpful. First I really like that they grouped foreigners in the same rooms. As most of the guest are chinese and therefore conversations with them are difficult given that most don't speak English. Second, I'm really grateful to one of the host, a woman called Nice. I didn't know beforehand that you had to make a reservation in advance for the terracotta army and not only did she do the reservation for me (as I didn't have WeChat) but she also helped me understand how to get there. I almost didn't get to go if it weren't thanks to her.

The hostel was very well located, exactly in the city centre, the price was excellent. The rooms and common spaces are very modern and clean, the bathroom are very big, at times a little crowded but overall it was a fantastic stay! I recommend it to anyone coming to Xi’an

- as they did renovate the entrance, it was difficult to find the other one, some instructions could have been helpful - staff didn’t speak basic English, it was difficult to discuss basic things with them like checking out - rooms were not so clean, we have seen a cockroach - room could have more hangers

We had a queen room, and it was excellent. The bed was soo comfortable, we didn't want to leave in the mornings! Beautiful space, very well located, the staff were super helpful. They only issue was the wifi, as it was pretty much non-existent in the two days we were there, but we later realised that wifi wasn't working that well on our devices all across china, so perhaps it's just our phones.

Hallways a little noisy, not the most soundproof doors

Amazing location, private room was very comfortable, felt like a hotel really. Friendly place, people actually used the common areas to chat and make friends which was really nice to see! Xi’an in general has a lot more nightlife than other cities it seems

The WiFi didn't work at all. Also, it was hard to find the hostel. The logo of the hostel is high up the building. It would be better if there's a sign where your eyes will catch it directly. I was lucky a girl who stayed there helped me out ^^

The staff are lovely, most speak at least a bit English. The room was super comfy and clean. Every day, they give another bottle of water and also you get a clean towel when you arrive! Beds are comfy as well! The location is super close to the bell tower and metro! You can travel easily around. The bathroom was clean. I saw the cleaners many times during the day. The option to do your laundry is perfect, and it's cheap for Chinese standards!

The hostel is situated in frint if Zhonglou station exit D, and is closed to the highlighted spot of Bell Tower. I highly recommend this place.

It was hard to communicate in English with the staff. People smoke in the restrooms. The door of the dormitory makes too much noise when you don't close gently (of course nobody does it... nobody respects those who are sleeping).

The location. The hostel is new and with a nice vibe. The bed is very comfortable. Is in the center of Xi'an.
