Large room very comfortable. The reception was helpful also at the breakfast the staffs really eager to help even though the language barrier but it’s not stopping them to help ( Yin Gai Li & An Ni). Overall our stay was memorable👍😘

Had some trouble with the TV reception due to internal network upgrades. However the night staff solved the problem instantly. The only downside is there is no aircon for a few nights of the stay. Was told due to the weather the aircon has been turned off. Not very happy with that however again staff have provided solutions to cater to my needs.

Good location. Hide away from the busy streets but easy access to all points of interest. Lots of restaurants around the area which open late. Warm welcome hand written card. Special thanks to the night staffs (严巧玲， 康健莉) for attending to my needs and the housekeeping team for making my stay like home. Good breakfast and afternoon tea selections.

Could smell cigarette smoke inside the room coming from nearby rooms. Not all the time, probably only when people were smoking in the adjacent rooms. We complained but I guess the hotel cannot enforce no smoking?

The hotel is located inside the city walls and it is very central, close to many sites of interests, a great neihbourhood with many charming streets with many eateries and coffee places. Absolutely lovely. The breakfast was amazing, the room was super comfortable, spacious, cozy and modern. The hotel is very stylish and really well designed. We had a great stay !

Great location. 10-15 minute walk from the Muslim quarter. Lots of restaurants around! The staff were very friendly, only 1 spoke English but very helpful. Booking excursions was not an issue and they even provided a driver which you have to pay for. 100% worth the money.

Location is excellent, walking distance to Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and many other attractions, as well as subway (metro). Abundant street food and local joints and tea houses/ cafes around the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Hotel room is big and comfortable with good bathroom and toilet facilities. Great breakfast spread.

It was very hard to find information and their Chinese name online. Made navigating to the hotel a bit tricky for foreigner

This hotel is exceptionally thoughtful. There was a fridge just right out our level for us to take bottled water. The housekeepers were very meticulous and polite. There were sufficient USB points and the hotel even provided a charging wire. Free breakfast and tea break selection were good too.

The gym. The time could be open earlier like 6am, and the equipment. I meant it looks pretty old and sad. Eventually I used a commercial gym next to the hotel. With the price we pay, I’m expecting more descent gym equipment. An idea as suggestions, just have some dumbbells will be much better.

地理位置优越， 早餐，下午茶， 晚餐都不错。 the location is excellent, super close to clock tower and easy to walk to the walls. The breakfast and afternoon tea are free too, also about dinner you can get a great local foods too. Meanwhile, there are many restaurants, shopping mall around here.
