We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesWhile already on the 10th floor, the hotel is at a noisy small road. Road users actually not noisy itself. It’s the cars using their horns. Each bedside has earplugs so in case you need you can use those. I couldn’t hear any noise during the night, just in the evening around 23:00.

SingaporeTheir wifi only surf apps that can be used in China such as Xiaohongshu, Baidu and Douyin. You have to buy your own data before going there or use VPN to use other applications.
The location of this hotel is very convenient to the subway and there are a lot of eateries nearby. The Drum Tower, Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter are just 8-10mins walk away from the hotel. The breakfast included in the hotel was very nice too. The breakfast has a number of varieties of food from chinese cooked food to toast bread to salad. There are also a few drinks such as coffee, hot soya milk and cold milk. If there is any tourist attractions that are unsure how to go, there is a small travel agent office on the ground level where you can ask for travel advice or arrange day trip with them. Their services are quite good and the staff are very friendly.

IrelandNot a dislike but just a heads up the bathroom is just separated by a curtain in the room. It provides full visual privacy but not noise privacy. In my case this was fine, but just a warning!
Fabulous location, short walking distance to the ancient city wall and Muslim quarter. Lovely lively street market in the evenings. Spacious, modern rooms. The onsite laundry was so helpful!! They were combo washer / dryers and they worked perfectly. Multiple machines available as well. Breakfast was great, mainly Chinese but some western options, food was tasty.
