The breakfast was great for the four days of our stay. Not a huge selection of food but adequate. I had chicken porridge and bacon and eggs for most days . Walking distance to the Drum Tower and metro station. Lots to eat around the hotel . Great location.

Their wifi only surf apps that can be used in China such as Xiaohongshu, Baidu and Douyin. You have to buy your own data before going there or use VPN to use other applications.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the subway and there are a lot of eateries nearby. The Drum Tower, Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter are just 8-10mins walk away from the hotel. The breakfast included in the hotel was very nice too. The breakfast has a number of varieties of food from chinese cooked food to toast bread to salad. There are also a few drinks such as coffee, hot soya milk and cold milk. If there is any tourist attractions that are unsure how to go, there is a small travel agent office on the ground level where you can ask for travel advice or arrange day trip with them. Their services are quite good and the staff are very friendly.

Not a dislike but just a heads up the bathroom is just separated by a curtain in the room. It provides full visual privacy but not noise privacy. In my case this was fine, but just a warning!

Fabulous location, short walking distance to the ancient city wall and Muslim quarter. Lovely lively street market in the evenings. Spacious, modern rooms. The onsite laundry was so helpful!! They were combo washer / dryers and they worked perfectly. Multiple machines available as well. Breakfast was great, mainly Chinese but some western options, food was tasty.

The bedsheet and blanket are very rough material made it very uncomfortable to the skin. The water closet area was only cover with a curtain which made it inconveniece even though for couple.

The location with plenty of food surrounding the facility. This leads to some downside due to noise throughout the midnight. Good and reasonable spread of breakfast.

Minor points but breakfast could have had more Western choices, I love Chinese food but not used to having it for breakfast. Also coffee machine had some issues.

Xi’an was my stop over between Beijing and Shanghai. The hotel was everything I could ask for. Guests comfort is a priority, my room was spacious, had a bean bag, comfortable stool and bed was comfortable too. Bath robes were a great touch. Got laundry done ready for next part of trip. Only regret was not staying longer.

Noisy street below with people talking till early hours of the morning. Didn't check that the room window was open which caused the noise from below and cold draught into the room.

Good location with busy street food below. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast with lots of variety , Chinese and Western food. We were also surprised with tea served when we arrived in the afternoon. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Very near to Bell Tower. Drum tower visible.

Spacious room, great staff, gym, and complimentary laundry room. Varied breakfast, and a very helpful travel agent on the groundfloor. The location couldn't be better!

Great location which is very central and has food stalls right downstairs. New facility which was very clean. I loved the self service laundry room and the delivery robot. Breakfast had a good selection of local Xian food.

Location was superb; near drum/bell tower but not on the noisy/touristy end. So many street food right outside the hotel! Within walking distance to Muslim Street and less than 100m from YiZhou (if you're into hanfus dressing up). Hotel breakfast spread was great. Would recommend.
