It would be better if there was a shower curtain in the bathroom, so water wouldn't splash everywhere in the whole toilet.

I stayed in this hotel in July with my family and a friend. The hotel is simple, but considering the price I think it is worth my money. Roomws were clean, the owner spoke English well, he was very helpful, gave us some tips on where to go, what to do, and even prepared different breakfast for us when he knew that we couldn't eat traditional Chinese breakfast. The hotel is located a bit out from the center of Jiuzai Vally, but there was a free shuttle bus from the hotel. Very convenient. We all enjoyed the horseback riding trip very much.

As mentioned before, the beds were really hard.

The staff was really friendly, the room was OK - the bed was kinda hard, even for my taste. Otherwise all good. The hotel took us to the scenic spot entrance and when we were finished they came to pick us up. Recommended

Great place to stay during your visit at Jiuzhaigou. The staff is very kind and will help you during your stay. They have shuttle buses to/from Jiuzhaigou park entrance (less than 15 minutes). They also provide useful tips to arrange the next steps of your journey. The restaurant is good. There is a good atmosphere in the town. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful hosts providing a unique and lovely experience. They had a very efficient shuttle to and from the park. The hosts have a restaurant with many different options for food in the small authentic village the guest house is located in.

Staying at Jiuzhaigou Leisure Inn was a pleasure. From the free shuttle to and from the park, to the free breakfasts, the very accommodating owner, and the karaoke night, I felt very welcome, especially for a solo traveler. I would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying at Jiuzhaigou Leisure Inn. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He helped us with everything from transportation to tickets for major scenic spots. He also texted me few days in advance to make sure I can arrive on time without problems. The facility has everything one traveler needs, comfortable bed, locker, hot shower etc. It is situated in the local village so you can really experience local culture and meet local people. There are also few shops and restaurants nearby and it's not very far from tourist attractions. I would especially recommend this place to foreigners because the owner can help you with any problem and he also speaks good English.

The location is perfect, very closed to the park. The owner was super helpful and nice with is, he drove us to the park and came back to pick us up. He also helped us with restaurants and others transportation. The place is super cozy, we felt like home! Will reccomend to everybody!

Very friendly staff, they help with all questions, provide a shuttle service. The room was a big, new and very comfortable. Beautiful view around. It’s a perfect place to stay here for a couple of days.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! As soon as we booked our stay here, Tutor got in touch and was extremely helpful. He arranged our airport pick-up to the hostel, helped us buy tickets to the national parks - all with amazing English as well! Upon arrival - and throughout our stay - all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was very bright, clean and comfortable. Basic but with absolutely everything you need. A great shower with hot water. Compared to a lot of the more dated places we viewed, this room was a pleasant surprise. Tutor also organized drivers to take us to and from the national parks which was fantastic. After a full day spent at the parks, the hostel-ran restaurant offered amazing food. They have an open BBQ - the lamb chops were delicious! We also had slow cooked yak with leeks and potatoes in a not-too-spicy Sichuan sauce, also delicious!! When we sadly had to leave, Tutor helped us book bus tickets out of Jiuzhaigou. At the bus station (10 mins from hostel) we realized we’d left something behind. Tutor came straight to the rescue and dropped it us for us so we didn’t miss our bus. Thanks for everything guys!

There was a cat at the hotel that had been tied up outside. We spoke to the owner who promised to take better care of it!

The owner of the hotel spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. He helped us organise transport to all the major sites. The rates for these services were often cheaper than taxi or Didi services, so I fully recommend using them. The room was comfortable and cosy. Hot water showers and decent WiFi connection. Close to the Jiuzhaigou National Park and free shuttle services were offered too and from the hotel. All in all an excellent stay!

All the staff were absolutely brilliant - they couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. They organized drivers and trips last minute and were just generally really lovely to be around. It was enjoyable spending our time there and we would absolutely recommend anyone to stay. A lovely place with lovely people!

The staff were extremely kind! They were very helpful in many ways and made a great effort to make us feel comfortable and accommodated. Hot shower, comfortable bunk bed, bed curtain, lockers, KTV. The restaurant at the hostel had really good food. We enjoyed every dish! Location is great as it is in a quite part of town. The center of the place was too noisy. They had a driver that would take us to town or at least close enough to get a taxi for the rest of the way.

Loved this hostel! Truter was so friendly and helpful and helped us book tickets to Jiuzhaigou before we even arrived. Included in the booking price is drop off and pick up to the scenic area by an incredibly friendly driver, Songlan. We were able to pay for a car to Huanglong, and were then dropped off at our next destination of Songpan afterwards. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Amazing place. The dorm rooms are clean and spacious, the lockers are big, there is even a small leisure area with two comfy chairs in the room. The staff is really nice and friendly, the owner is very helpful and thoughtful, speaks English fluently. They organize pick up /drop off service at the bus station, also at the park entrance. The owner helped me to buy a bus ticket to Huanglong park, as it's much further than Jiuzhaigou park. The place has its own restaurant that servers Chinese food, so no need to walk around trying to find place to eat.

Friendly and helpful staff. They picked us up from the bus station and took us into the town for free whenever we wanted. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to other places too.
