The hotel is newly renovated and well located. The place is very clean with all necessary facilities. The staff are super friendly and warm. We felt as we stay at home.

I love this hostel. The rooms were really clean and it was so quiet at night. The staff were really helpful offering help with booking tickets to the Panda centre and advice on how to get to the mountains. I would definitely return to this hostel if I found myself in Chengdu again.

After two Months in China the best Hotel I stayed in. Room was perfect and very cozy. Breakfast was good and good Coffee. The staff were able to speak English perfectly. Also the location is perfect in the middle of Chengdu but in addition really calm. I like!

Everything! The location is perfect and the hotel itself is really nice and stylish, also with an inner garden which is so peaceful. Not to mention the staff, they are all outstanding and left even a surprise in the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. Will definitely come back because we had one of the best stays ever!

Everything was wonderful!

My stay here was excellent! Room was clean and comfortable. Looked exactly like the pictures. You get water, tea and some sweets/fruits on a daily basis :) Breakfast was good as well. A mixture of Chinese and Western food and they prepare fresh coffee for you. The staff was always really nice and helpful. They helped me to book tickets for the Panda Research Base and were always quick to help when I needed a taxi or some recommendations/advice. Communication in English was no problem at all! There are a lot of shops/restaurants around and the metro station is also close by. If you wanna explore Chengdu I highly recommend staying there! You will not regret it!

Liked everything!

The property was tucked away from the street and was beautifully presented, with all modern amenities. The courtyard garden was secluded and calm with pretty plants. Breakfast was a feast every morning. The staff were helpful and suggested things to do in Chengdu.

The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke very good English which made our stay in Chengdu go so much smoother, as the lovely ladies helped us book tickets for the Sichuan opera and Panda Research center. The property was great too!

Location: the hotel is not far from a metro station. The problem is that the entry is a bit hidden away, which makes it difficult to find at first.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Very spacious, comfortable room and a modern, techy bathroom. Abundant and delicious food options for breakfast. Good quality WiFi. Overall met my expectations and would recommend it as a very good value for money.

Fantastic boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet alley in the beautiful hood of wenshu monastery. Great great sense of customer service from the Xishu garden inn team - exceptional. And a courtyard full of charm where you’d want to spend hours sipping on a cup of coffee:) Would go back to chengdu just to stay there again!!

The entrance to the hotel was a bit difficult to find.

There was only 1 euro socket in the room for 220v staff.

Everything was excellent. A wonderful large room, fully consistent and in some ways even exceeding the description. Good location. Awesome meeting with fruits and drinks. The reception staff speaks English quite well (!) and will help you with any question. Good breakfast. We really liked it, thank you very much :)
