Communication was a bit difficult due to language but staff worked hard to make sure we were able to communicate as much as we could. Not knowing Chinese is my liability, not that of the hotel.

The Executive room was almost like a suite for a very reasonable price. Great bathroom, nice tub, floor to ceiling windows, really nice shower. King bed very comfortable and a huge projection screen. Breakfast was simple but had everything you would want, very good quality. Location within a few 100 meters of subway station Kecum. It made getting around very simple.

The hotel is small , room is little small . Also, the front entrance/ door is always open, don’t feel comfortable with the door opened all the time . I am not sure why the door is opened all the time in such hot weather and waste air conditioning.

It is closed to metro. However , it is a little far from the city, not many places to eat .

Default call at 11:30 am to ask you if you would check out at noon by hotel standard procedure which was unheard of! The phone call disturbed my rest. I extended checkout time to 1:30 pm and got confirmation that would be ok when I made a booking weeks ago. Clearly, there was a communication issue. Some guests at the hotel ate durian in the room so the stinky smell was unbearable!

Amazing complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. Free soft drink in mini bar. Good value for the money.

The laundry room is great but machine labels are all in Chinese with no English instructions. Thankfully housekeeping staff will assist.

- Nearby Metro station (only 1 min walk from Kecun station exit B) - Staff service was very good! The front always call in-room for asking us about amenities everyday after we came back to hotel (even we do "do not disturb sign with the door") - Kecun Metro staion is the center of MRT underground train. It is easily and convinience for travel the attraction shortly!!

The breakfast was decent and had a good coffee, but western options were too few. Having just two slow elevators in a 9-story hotel was a downside, as I had to wait for a couple of minutes. The personnel was nice and ready to help but most of them did not speak any English.

Appreciated so much the beautiful, well-thought horse-themed decor. It added an extra pleasure to the overall comfortable stay. The room even had a rocking horse ottoman! The room, bathroom, the amenities, lighting options and their control were perfect. A genuine Chinese tea-set with real green tea, not the western bags. Also, rhe location was great, with a subway just around the corner, the Canton Tower seen from the window, and shopping malls across the street.
