Breakfast was more oriented towards Chinese cuisine. Breakfast could be improved a little more. Continental breakfast options can be added.

The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly.

The staff should learn a bit of english, unfortunately they could not speak english very good. On the other hand, they had some translation device so it was not that bad. One other thing that we did not like the most is that it was very busy and a bit noisy, especially in restaurant.

The hotel is quite new, the area is great, you have everything very close to you. The hotel offers some nice restaurants, a very good bar and many other facilities. I really liked that the hotels offers free laundry room. You could wash your clothes for free there. Also, the nightlife in the area is very good.

There was some miscommunication about the availability of room service. For example when I called to order, I was told that it was unavailable, but then when I went downstairs to the restaurant, they told me it was. I think that I contacted the wrong department, but I think staff should be aware of what facilities are available and direct the guests accordingly, not just say it’s not provided, because it affects the guest experience. Also even though a burger is available in the Sky Lobby, I asked the staff in the Level 4 restaurant to order it and they told me to go to KFC. I don’t think that is acceptable. Also, when I tried to pay by card, one staff said that they needed to photograph my card, but when I used it earlier, I wasn’t asked to take a photo. I think that not all staff have the same information, so you might get told different things. Anyway, I won’t give a photo of my credit card as it is a security risk.

The room and facilties were awesome. Very well-maintained and clean. I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. Very professional and some of the staff spoke English which was nice.

It was nice that food was available throughout the day and night, as a traveler I am awake different hours some days. The location was great, many places were within walking distance. Nice room and facilities

During summer vacation holiday too many kids making loud noise around. Sound proofing was not he best and you can hear them from your room. The beautiful marble flooring at entrance was very slippery and dangerous especially in rainy days.

Location was the key! It was at the heart of the city surrounded by two shopping malls and numerous restaurants featuring various cuisines for different taste buds and budget. There was the Pearl river and the famous Guangzhou TV tower right in front of the hotel, where the evening/night scene was spectacular.

The thing I didn't like most of all was the Karaoke singing that started every night until 3am. I was confused as to where the noise was coming from seeing as we were on the 39th floor, but the building is only part hotel, the floors above 39 are not rooms so I guess there was something above our floor. The other thing was the lack of a hotel lobby on the ground floor and no bar to relax in at the end of the day. They only have a locked fridge on the 28th floor with a very limited selection, but having the Conrad next door sorted this problem

I liked the room, very clean abd good size, I also like the location, it is close to Canton Fair and is beside the Conrad Hotel which has a great bar. We also discovered a fantastic Turkish restaurant beside the hotel which was so nice we went back every evening after we found it

The facility (for instance the bed frame has scratch) is old which does not really worth the price per my parents who actully stayed there. Might be better to choose another hotel for facility reason. But the view is amazing per my parents. The staff who is responsible for answering questions online is not very helpful. They did not get back to my follow up questions at all.
