The staff were very warm and welcoming, they helped us book a taxi on a national holiday when we couldn't find one at all ourselves. The location is perfect, beautiful views, a little outside yangshuo but very close to li river and countryside for biking /hiking. The room was beautifully decorated but the amenities were not very good. Our main shower head was broken and only the small sprayer was working. When we raised this, we were told to just use the small one - really not ideal. Additionally, the room comes with a bath tub but they didn't have anything bathing products (bubble bath etc) which dampened the experience.

Fantastic location and Xiao Bai was super helpful with arranging the transport for our group, giving tips etc. Yulong river is just around the corner - you can use bikes from the hotel for free, we had a very pleasant bike ride along the river, and a walk on another day. There are few cafes, snacks places around the hotel and along the river. You can also have a ride on bamboo raft! Yangshuo town just a short taxi ride

The room was freezing! Thankfully, there were heaters and electric blankets on the beds. Couldn’t get hot water in the shower, but we didn’t ask for help either! It was a 20 minute ride to the town centre, so take that into account when booking

The room was lovely, but freezing cold. It would have been great if they’d turned on the heater before we’d arrived. Breakfast was great, refreshing to have food made to order rather than a buffet. Above all, the staff were superb. Very helpful and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. They had a fire going in the reception that they let us sit at while we waited for breakfast.

Nothing everything was perfect

The hotel is very authentic, good location and clean. The breakfast was super good. Demi helped us A LOT and to be honest if it wasn’t for her our stay would’ve been different. She helped us in so many things!! She made our stay more enjoyable and more relaxing. Her daughter is absolutely adorable. I highly highly recommend this hotel.

It was very noisy because of a kind of a chimney nearby the hotel. The pillows were tough. You need to take a taxi to go to the center (20 min)

We spent 4 nights in a family suite room, The rooms were so comfortable with the great view of mountains ! Also, breakfast was good enough ! Demi (the hotel staff) she was so helpful for eveything ! She organized tours and found tickets to cruise line also her english was pretty good. I would suggest hotel to everyone!

I loved every bit of my stay. The hotel is situated a short ride from the hustle and bustle of Yangshuo, 20 minutes walking from a lovely promenade by Yulong River. You can admire Karst landscape from your room or rooftop terrace. My room was quiet, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable. But these are the owners who make the difference. I felt like their guests - they cooked for me, organized attractions, and advised me on what to see and what to eat. I really feel like I got to know Yangshuo pretty well during my stay, and I used every opportunity to understand it better.

everything is wonderful. Staffs are polite, friendly, and kind. They served me a fresh fruit juice while waiting for check-in process and gave me a souvenir when checking out. They use Chinese and English. You can see Guilin Karst mountains from windows all day. Amenities perfect. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature but not too far from city and sightseeing spots.

Beautiful property with lots of details with cultural reference, magnificent view of the mountains from our room (5th floor family room) and from balcony. Super friendly and helpful staff who helped book show tickets and places to visit. Definitely rent a scooter which make the trip even more authentic, and also Yangshuo is pretty congested and impossible to get a taxi or you stay in traffic in peak touristic season.

 the Hotel employees or the best very easy to work with very friendly spoken. Very good English always there to help always with a smile really really helpful.  The location being outside of the main city is really awesome if you are looking for a quiet nice night  The mopeds that they rent there are the best things ever makes life and getting around so much easier Fridge is $30 a night. You are getting way more than your moneys worth as I mentioned the people there are awesome

Beautiful small hotel near Yangshuo. Demi was very helpful, gave us tips what to visit and we also appreciated the bicycle we could borrow, letting us to discover the region freely by ourselves. Delicious breakfast and very comfy bed.

I had 4 flights of stairs to walk up as the small elevator was only for the luggage

Being outside of the hustle bustle of town was wonderful and it was only 5 minutes away. Best of all was the amazing attentiveness by manager Demi, who took care of everything for me about visiting local attractions and setting up my private tours..the only way to go. The bed was really comfy and the restaurant had excellent food of western and Chinese cuisine

Will definitely come back to stay here again. The views, the people, the recommendations of going around town - absolutely perfect. Very nice restaurant and rooftop overlooking the karst mountains. Great breakfast too - good variety of western and chinese.

The large shower head was broken but the smaller one was more than good enough.

Demi is a superb host. Unbelievably accommodating and flexible. We arrived late and she ensured that the kitchen remained open for us to eat, and she was flexible with our check out time to allow us to get one final hike in. The food was excellent and the rooftop restaurant was perfect was breakfast, so calm and relaxing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful family feel to it and we enjoyed chatting with Demi and playing with her baby daughter.

Nothing!

This hotel is run by four generations of the same family and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Demi and Tina were courteous and friendly from the moment we walked through the door. Food is excellent and they were very helpful in arranging a driver to help us see the local sites. The view from the room is simply breathtaking! On a personal note, we were travelling with our 8 month old daughter and it was lovely to see her make friends with Demi's daughter Yaoyao!
