Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

What an absolutely marvellous hotel. We loved our stay here so much we had no hesitation rebooking again when the opportunity presented itself to return to Guangzhou. We found Yingbin hotel not only spacious and luxurious, it has magnificent the gardens and steeped in history and the highest level of service meant we also felt uniquely special.

AustraliaBreakfast was not included in our package, but honestly no complaints. There is Yum Cha available inside the hotel, which starts very early at 8AM. The service was quite slow though. We had to keep asking the waiters/waitresses for an update on our food, and we only ordered one congee and two dim sims.
We booked the Family Room, and I must say, was one of the most spacious hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The ladies who looked after the daily room cleaning were very friendly and thorough. They even took our wet laundry out to dry in the sun, and returned it to our room in the evening.
