During the "rush hour" at the restaurant on the first floor: - the waitresses could not keep up and the restaurant was messy (the tables, the coffee makers and the floors) - it was difficult to find a clean and free table at 9 o'clock. - the staff also didn't serve new food/could not keep up or was simply too slow and because of that I could not eat some of the foods that I liked. - You have to pay a deposit that is around 1800 RMB (no one has told me about that before coming to the hotel, if everything is okay with your room, they return it on the day of checking out). However, that was quite surprising and I have never experienced that before. - The bed was quite short even for me (I'm 168 cm tall) and for men that would be even shorter. The pool: - you have to wear a swimming cap at the pool, if you don't have one - the staff will give it to you, but in my case, they gave me a wet one and it made my hair even wetter and it does not make any sense! - there were a lot of hair everywhere on the floor at the women's changing room - the sauna was almost always off and you have to ask the staff to turn it on for you and it is troublesome The pool and the gym area: - it was really cold at the gym and the women's changing room near the pool.

For my birthday, the staff brought a piece of cake and fruits to my room, which was very kind of them! I really appreciated that! The room: + was spacious and clean + was very modern (the lights and curtains) + had a nice city view + had both bathtub and a shower +had a very comfortable pillows Breakfasts: + were very tasty + there were a lot of options for both Chinese and western breakfasts + there were some western options, too, such as bread, cheese, salads, etc. + the price is 70 RMB, which is okay The gym and the pool area: + very nice city views +long opening hours.

We couldn’t pay with any visa or master cards. Always errors. We had to go to the nearest ATMs to withdraw cash to make the payment. Their payment terminals need to be updated. We didn’t have this problem with other hotels of similar levels in China.

When booking a room with exlusive acces to the lounge if should accesable to have a relax drink and not as a free dinning room for chinese families , this was so wrong! Also in the morning club lounge should be open to have breakfast for these rooms instead of needing to wait for a table downstairs

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very polite and professional. The price was amazing for this hotel compare to other countries where it would be double the price per night. The have us free desserts and fruits when we arrive at the hotel. This is a great hotel to stay if your a foreigner staying in Zhengzhou since most budget hotel are only for mainland Chinese.

Air conditioner was broken even I changed the room and bathtub was leaks. Room was very dirty. Lounge's quality just like a joke, I cannot believe I paid for this.

the room wasn’t clean in hidden corners, the ceiling had some repainting in another color. they advertised as if there were two separate rooms, but in fact there were only rooms with two separate beds available
