Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The view from the hotel is spectacular: merging of Yangzi and Jialing rivers. In addition to breakfast, the hotel provides night snacks for free. The hotel staff are very friendly and they've been trained to speak English. I select Ascott brand every time I go to China, Ascott in Chongqing is the best so far.

IrelandIt was a lovely apartment. Nice and clean and spacious. There was a shopping mall right beside us so it was very convenient. The concierge was really nice and helpful. I think his name Jack Chan. We wanted to get the robot to deliver to our room and he was kind enough to let us use his WeChat to pay since that was the only payment accepted.

Singaporelocation is the best in Chongqing (best shopping mall just downstairs, and walking distances to most of the tourist spots). And compared with the intercontinental hotel (just next door), it is half the price, and double the room size, and also has washer/dryer, which is a plus for travelers who are away from home for more than 1 week.

Conveniently located next to the waterfront, large shopping mall and subway. Walking distance to some CQ tourist attractions as well. An extra plus was an upgraded larger room, which also offered panoramic view of the city.
