I gladly recommend this hostel. Our room was pretty clean and really comfortable. The facility provides everything you will need too. One of the key point of the hostel is how kind is the staff here. They will gladly help you when you have questions and issues. They are also able to speak English, which makes the discussion easier. They also provide good deals and can help you manage your activites. Location is great, low price, i can only recommend it.

I didn't find the location easily at all. Maybe it would need more precise informations when guests are arriving through metro station to find the right Starbucks.

The place was very spacious and clean. Very modern. You can chill out easily.

If I could borrow the bucket for washing clothes，it was better. More clear indication to find the location is needed. I wanted to know bath towel is not available in advance.

Very nice, very clean, everything as promised, beautiful location and very convenient to do all sightseeing from. Extra quilt provided cheerfully as it was a very cold night. Bathrooms very clean and comfortable. Not too many people when I was there which made it quite a luxurious experience.

They are so helpful, at midnight I can’t find accommodation because I missed my flight and ,messaged them if they (Jason) could accommodate me but their place are full as well , it was 31 of December and mostly accommodations are full, they offered me to stay at their lounge area to comfort me against the cold without any cost ,as on the next morning I rebooked my flight, I would miserable without their help, as I can see some travelers on the street can find accommodation.

Only a minor detail, but there are only squat toilets.

There is only one shower, it was not a problem but it may be when the hostel is at full capacity. The bigger problem for me were the squatting toilets. They only have squatting toilets which is fine if you can squat or stay there just one or two nights. I also wished there were some lockers in the room to put my stuff into, but there are just some at the front desk. Booking also said they provide breakfast for an extra charge, but using the staff words "no food here". From the pictures there it seems as if they used to provide food and I think there is a canteen downstairs but probably it only works when the hostel is at full capacity or they have lots of big groups. The food problem is easily solvable considering the hostel is i the middle of a shopping district with food stores as well but unfortunately it was all being renovated and most of them were closed, but that does not depend on the hostel.

The hostel is situated in a kind of open-air shopping district, all very new and very close to the city centre and riverside as well. The staff is just amazing, the guy speaks good English and the two other girls, even if they do not speak English, are super nice and fun, I ended up chatting with them quite a lot and we exchanged snacks. They also have two kittens roaming free in the lobby, so bonus points for that. The rooms are very clean and reflect the pictures. They are advertised as two different rooms of 6 and 4 but it kind of is all one big room on different floors. They also provide a good variety of organised trips to popular areas around Chongqing (only on chinese) that come pick you up right at the hotel.

When I arrived, the room I chose was not available so they upgrade me to 4 person room It appears that the 4 person room was actually are in the same room with 6 person room The bathroom provided are 1 Shower Room and 2 Squat Toilets for 10 persons to be used in the room which is quite uncomfortable if the room is full

The hotel was located just 2 minutes from Kaixuan Road Elevator and near Shibati area the elevator closed after 10 PM and you'll need to take stairs to go down to the 1st floor to reach the hotel and it cost 1 Yuan to take the elevator The staff was nice and eventhough they can't speak English, just ask via WeChat and they will happily answer it The room itself was clean and I had comfortable night sleep, they provide curtains for each bed to keep privacy You can find cute and playfull cat at the receptionist

The private bedroom is horrible. No windows, humid, dirty. small ceilings. I think it was a bathroom before, the pipes still there visible. Do not book that! The only way to contact the hotel when the hotel was not exactly where is set on the map was through an international call.

Location is central. But is not the one that appears in the map. Its just 4 minutes from it, but still if you try to follow the map you will not find it and be stranded.

Wish the lockers were in the room rather than downstairs. Room was quite odd as there was another room upstairs with no separation. Door to the balcony let a lot of cold air in. Beds were very hard, even by China’s standards haha.

The beds were very uncomfortable and there were no windows in any of the rooms (as far as I understand) so air flow is limited. It felt stuffy. The lighting is really awful - all overhead fluorescent that's way too direct and bright. There are no night lights and the lack of windows made it pitch black at night, which is great for sleeping but makes it difficult to wake up or make a trip down the stairs to the bathroom at night.

I stayed here during the slow season and there were maybe 4 other guests total whom I never saw so it's like that I had the whole place to myself. The owner, Jason was amicable and spoke a bit of English. The common space was pleasant to work.

I will have to say I'm not a fan of the toilet and it would be much better if there is a toilet bowl instead.

The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly and even helped me with topping up my Alipay.
