There is no lift, it is not easy for older people. Luckily, our son was with us.

The place is pleasant and comfortable. I like the setup and decor, relaxing and cosy. Metro station less than 10 minutes walk and extremely easy to move around.

The hotel location is the best part about the hotel. It is very close to most of the main sights in Chongqing, such as hongyadong (i was even able to walk back to the hotel from hongyadong after the metro stopped running), jiefangbei etc. This was the most important reason why I booked the hotel. However, the hotel itself is pretty basic and there doesn't really seem to be much in the way of amenities. The room is also pretty small and basic. Overall, it met my standards for my trip since I was out and about most of the day, but for the money I have had better stays in China, though I understand the price is higher over the lunar new year holiday.

Lack of elevator may pose accessibility issues, especially if you need to carry luggage with you.

The location is exceptional, really close to Zengjiayan Interchange (5 mins walk down the street) and major tourist destinations. Great bargain for the price. You still get a fully serviced room and a full length bed, if small. Cheap bottled drinks from the hotel reception, which is very convenient. We booked a room with Garden View as having a window is important to us, but not all rooms have windows.

Hotel area is a bit rundown. Room facilities are fairly basic but adequate Lots of interesting books and cds in the lobby bit we didn't use those

Quiet ground floor room of good size Hotel close to metro and many attractions. Easy to use metro to find numerous restaurants and shops. Staff helpful with tour arrangements and user transfer to high-speed train station. This is a boutique hotel that may not suit all travellers. But we would stay again for all the positives Washing machine and drying area

1) No lift but there are rooms on ground floor 2) air conditioning not cold enough 3) lack of shop nearby for breakfast, need to take metro out 4) location on Google map is wrong, you will need to walk another 20 meters 5) phone signal is weak in certain rooms

The location is very good, just 150m away from Zhengjiayan Metro station (exit 6 with elevator) This hotel has a 2 in 1 washer/dryer that dries your clothes completely (free to use if bring own detergent or can purchase from hotel) This is at a quiet area (residential) of Chongqing Very central location and near to most attractions Zhengjiayan station has 2 lines (line 2 and 10) direct line to Airport and Chongqing North high speed train station Bed are very comfortable

The last day we’re sure that we use ‘Please clean the room’ tag for both rooms but when we’re back the tags are ‘Do not disturb’. There are new towels in the room but no clean up, which in fact not acceptable for both tags. Overall, the place seems older than in the photos, it looked like hostel more than hotel. No luggage room, just place your luggages in the lobby without any tagging. If you’re a cat lover you may like this place. However, it was lost when we are there 😂

Our room was very dusty.

Nice, budget-friendly option in the heart of Chongqing. The hotel is a short (5 min) walk from Zengjiayan Station and 15mins via public transportation to most major attractions. If you want to take a break from climbing stairs, you’ll be a fan of the hotel’s location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets and basic toiletries provided.

Unfortunately when booking I didn’t notice that there is no window in the room. Wi-fi wasn’t working very well. One night people wouldn’t stop partying. I don’t honestly know whether this was happening inside the hostel or outside, but both ways walls are thin so I couldn’t fall asleep until 3 am.

The room was ok, both the bathroom and the bedroom were clean.

Only reason I gave this a 9 and not a 10 is that most things in the hotel are only in Chinese so hard to understand for foreigners who can't read Chinese. But the lady at reception helped me out with figuring things out :)

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right near the subway station for line 2 and line 10 so it's quick and easy to get to the main tourist sites. The lady at reception was friendly and the offered a tourist info card in English in the room.
