The room we have initially received (room 201) was facing the street and it was really noisy. We didn’t sleep well in our first night. If you are sensitive with noises try to avoid this room. But on the next day, they changed the room and everything was perfect.

The property is in a good location, close to restaurants, market and metro. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. We had an issue with our first room, and the receptionist did his best to find a solution for us.

This is a brilliant hotel. Nice and safe location. Lovely comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff members. Overall I think this is great value for money.

The place is pretty humid so we needed to hang the towels in the room. This is because we did not want to change the towels for our stay and we asked them not to make the room, but they offer you that possibility.

The position was great, and they even lend you a metro card that you can charge and use to go around. They even have a Netflix account of the hotel. Breakfast is included.

Excellent value for money - room was lovely and clean. Tv had Netflix. Offered mini bar in room which also had toiletries which came in very handy! Great location. Breakfast was very filling. Staff were lovely. Laundry was super fast!

This is a small detail, but if you're tall like me, you might the space around the toilet a bit tight. I can't speak for any of the other rooms, but in my room it was a bit of a tight squeeze (just for the bit near the toilet). I think I was in room 104 - the one right across from reception.

-The window of my room went right to the street which is where the cafe/breakfast spot was. Not a deal breaker, by any means, just something to note.

-Clean -Good location (close to the mall complex with Exito; close to the El Poblado train station; short walk to the "busier" parts of El Poblado without being near enough for the noise) -Great free breakfast

Breakfast is ok, they give you 3 combo options but you cannot ask for more unless you pay for the extra items. I did not like that. That should be specified so that guest can know what to expect. The food is not bad,but not amazing either. The walls are VERY thin, you can here everything, if you are a light sleeper bring noise canceling items.

GREAT value for money. It has a great location, the employees are nice and the room is good. The shower and the bed are good and comfortable. Air conditioning was good as well.

Nothing we liked everything.

The staff was excellent helped me with local information. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff awesome. Room were very clean with, AC very cold which I loved. Hot water available. Exit supermarket very close to get groceries and basic things. Overall excellent we felt like home.
