The warm water did not work in our first room, but as a consequence we were kindly upgraded to an even nicer room with warm water.

Perhaps the best hotel in this part of Cali: great location, great service, great rooms! Besides, the breakfast is very varied and tasty, and the overall hotel design is simply beautiful. Can 100% recommend!

The food wasn’t consistent. Some dishes were excellent and others weren’t even edible! I was served a piece of sea bass that required a STEAK KNIFE!!! It was horrible. The breakfast buffet didn’t offer everything listed and the items that were offered left much to be desired.

The suite (300) was superb! The steam room and terrace jacuzzi were wonderful amenities. I’d request that suite over and over again. The highlight of this property is a gem named Duvan!!! He exudes five star white glove service.

Provid bottled water in the bedrooms. I ask room service for tea because coffee was the only thing in the room, I also ask for 2 bottled waters. I was told it would take a while, and we would have to pay for the water. Also you need ti provide coffee cups for coffee or tea.

This is so minor... but I suppose the one thing is that if you need privacy in the restroom, the door is more like a wooden shutter and toilet is right next to the shower so it's a more open, intimate experience :-p

The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Airport pickup was easy, affordable, and reliable. I requested a bouquet for the room for arrival and they even matched the example picture I sent. Morning breakfast was always really fresh and delicious. We loved eating it in the beautiful garden. The suite with jacuzzi tub and back patio was so comfortable, beautiful, and private. We were in our own little world. And when you want to get out, there are dozens of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, museums, parks, and great walks. For the same price in the States you would get an airport hotel so do not skip out on this beautiful find!
