The reception staff is not well versed in tourism. When I pointed that out at the end of the stay, they showed me a card with a QR code to access tourist suggestions. That would have been great from the start instead of the mildly disinterested looks our questions received.

The room was specious and linens, mattress and pillows very comfortable. Places to store, unpack, and spread out. Lovely dining room which serves a good breakfast and also has a full restaurant used frequently used by external guests for parties. Wonderful spa where I had a rejuvenating facial, they also offer massages The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, I highly recommend Karmel just around the corner. The park was nothing much to see but we headed down from there to the river where the outdoor cat museum offers a lovely walk along the river.

Although the pool looks lovely and inviting, it's right in the middle, between the bar & restaurant, so feels very much like a goldfish bowl, with no privacy.

We were blown away by the sheer size of our room and the views on to tropical trees and bushes outside. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the birdlife, was very peaceful. The area of San Antonio is excellent with good quality restaurants within walking distance - our favourite was the Meditterranean across the road which did fusion food exceptionally well in great outdoor surroundings. The breakfast here is buffet style with a huge selection of different food which we enjoyed. Most places are easy to walk to, so the hotel is a great base to explore Cali.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is gorgeous with a restaurant on site that also accommodates room service! The food is very delicious!. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My room had a private balcony with a private pool! I highly recommend this hotel, and i have been to several in Cali. 10/10

This is just a nitpick, the only 'disappointment' was the breakfast, which had less options than previous times we stayed here.

The room I had was overlooking the pool but I think backed on to the kitchen as there was a lot of noise early in the morning and up to 10pm.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The room was lovely, big clean and comfortable with a huge spa bath. Food and service at breakfast was great as was the room service I ordered.

It is very difficult to make any remark to this hotel. It is close to what I would call perfection! Our minor remarks are related to external services of the hotel - gym is located at an external location and was not accessible on Sunday. Same about laundry service - we wanted to have some items washed on Saturday, but they said they won't be ready before Monday, which was when we did not need them anymore.

This hotel is amazing! Maybe the best one I have been in my life and I have written hundreds of these reviews already. It is a very interesting hotel made of many houses and courtyards that feel like a peaceful jungle inside an old and picturesque district of Cali. The hotel staff is amazing and the restaurant is of high class that can satisfy even the most exquisite tastes. The check-in process was extremely smooth and pleasant with welcome drink being delivered to us from the bar, while our data was being filled in. We got a free room upgrade from regular sweet to amazing sweet.

The sound between rooms really travels. Unluckly had very loud and desconsiderate neighbors one floor underneath and our 2 nights were ruined by them.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so if you have physical limitations, getting around at the hotel may be challenging.

The location of the property and the friendliness of the entire staff were huge pluses.

I have to say that the room is very small, without a closet, the bed is comfortable but the bathroom is a disaster, the carpet is dirty. The air conditioning with tremendous noise. I'm fair, that's why I say what I liked about the hotel, staff, resident, breakfast and location, the restaurant was very good, but I'm sorry about the room but it was not at the level of the hotel
