It is a place for couples, so would have been great if we could have has the massage the scheduled at the same time and not one after the other.

Hidden gem in the mountains between Villa de Leyva and Raquira. Perfect place to relax as a couple and disconnect from the city. The staff was amazing, very kind and attentive and always had smile on their faces. Good food, very tasty. Loved that they were pet friendly and the trails they had around the hotel are nice and easy to walk to a waterfall and a small creek.

There was not a single element from this hotel that I did not like.

This was by far one of the most special experiences that I have had. it was a wonderful getaway where I could connect with myself, nature and my partner. The rooms are just as special as the hotel design and decor. I would advise anyone to stay there for as long as they can and above all, make it a recharging time with their significant other. it’s owners and staff were also an important part of this delightful experience.

The breakfast was OK, could improve, we missed a REAL orange juice in the morning, a welcome mat in our room to keep the room clean as the shoes do come dirty.

The Room was very very good, comfortable and very romantic. the bathroom as great and enjoyable. The pizzas were great and tasted awesome.

It is hard to point out something that we did not like. I guess it would be useful to have an extra bin in the room (besides the one in the toilet).

Its been a while since the last time that me and my wife felt so good at a hotel. Once we got there, we were received with kindness and attentiveness. The room, the spaces, the food, pet friendliness, everything was above expectations. Hotel Alma is definitively a place I can recommend with full confidence. Tip: do the pizza making experience.

The View, at least they should not charge over $110 for the room they gave me. I was really frustrated and went to the city after 10 minutes stay in the room. I came back to hotel around 1:00AM and left 5:00AM. That much I was frustrated with my wrong booking.

Do not book this place with refer to the images. They just have only two rooms with better view. I know that I have done a mistake. I booked the hotel almost 2 months prior to trave as well as with refer to their images. Also, I notified them while booking I need a room with better view. Unfortunately, the women do not care at all. I will never visit this place again and I won’t recommend. If they can not match the images, each room should have different pricing strategy. This is not worth at all. I was really frustrated and stay just only 4 Hours at the hotel. (1:00AM to 5:00AM)

1) Drive from main road to Hotel was over 5 km of dangerous narrow unpaved dirt and rock road. 2) Amenities were extremely minimal. 3) Towels were ridiculously rough, and not soft, as if they were made to be part of a carpet and not towels. The sum total of our "towels" included one bath mat, two undersized bath towels, and one hand towel. No wash cloths were provided. 4) Upon arrival, a hotel worker set up a hammock outside the rear door. Had someone used this hammock and fell, he or she would potentially roll down an extremely treacherous hill, possibly to their death. There were no warning signs, gates, barriers, or otherwise! 5) The room was terribly ventilated, and when it got too warm, it was quite uncomfortable. 6) The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely nothing to do at this property. Maybe the hotel management considers this a "romantic getaway spot", but I STRONGLY disagree. The best you can do is to brave the 5 km drive over the crappy road back to the main road, and maybe find something to do along that road besides avoiding hitting stray dogs, chickens, goats, sheep, cows, and people.

Breakfast was OK. Staff was accommodating when we had to slightly alter our plans due to COVID.
