Good location, very friendly hosts, property is easily reachable from Leticia centre. There are 2 swimming pools to enjoy, restaurant open all day, and 3 cute parrots

Location is great if you want to be closer to the nature but if you don't have your own transportation you must rely on the owner because it is difficult to get tuc tuc there. We were excited to use the pool but it didn't look very clean so we didn't use it.

Room was cozy, food is really good with affordable prices. Owner picked us up at the airport and drove us to the city when we needed (for a fee) or called us a tuc tuc. They also had cute dogs.

Because its further from the centre, no restaurants near and mototaxi more expensive to get around but very convenient for the airport and passport stamps.

Loved this hotel! Surrounded by nature on the outskirts, pet parrots and dogs! New year in the pool will always be memorable. Nice breakfast included. Very clean room with air con and good bathroom. Just loved it here :)

The restroom door in my room was damage so I couldn't closed it. The internet also was very unreliable. However, the internet is a problem in all the amazon. Everything else was great.

I like the attention and the food. They were very helpful with the tours planning and transportation. Overall it was a great experience.

The windows do not have screens, so we didn't open them because of mosquitos. The bathroom didn't have a window, it was more like a hole with no covering, which allowed mosquitos to get in freely. The pictures of the food on Booking are not accurate as to the food they serve. Additionally, they always seem to be working on projects (no problem), but some of these projects began early, so we would wake to the sound of power tools. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The hotel has a friendly owner, is a nice size, a nice location (away from the noise of the town center), and there is a lot of potential here that they have not quite achieved yet.

We loved the pools and the air conditioning - both very refreshing after being in the heat of the rainforest. The owner tries really hard to make you happy. He is very friendly. He was able to take us in his van into town and to pick up/drop off at the airport. They also have bottled water/drinks to purchase, breakfast included, and dinner. There is a TV in the room with streaming. The room itself was very spacious.

The female host was very rude and did not accomodate us in any way when we had to travel before breakfast time (letting us cook on our own, providing a refunded portion of the stay). Also made us pay for a room that was too big without asking us.

The aesthetics were cute and the male host was very pleasant and nice.

it was really far both from the center with is understood, but it was also really far from the airport so you have to take a taxi anywhere. plus Wi-Fi was really weak in our room.

It costs $10,000 to get to the hotel each way from town. The pool doesn’t stay in the sun long so it’s just cold, no tanning. I also didn’t like how the staff entered the room without warning to put my laundry away. Privacy is very important to me when I book a private room and not a dorm. I hated how the gates are locked at all times and you have to hope someone hears you to let you in. I was locked out of the hotel on Saturday night and had to stay awake, outside, in the rain, and wait till morning to get let back inside the hotel to get to my room. I would not recommend to stay here unless they give guests keys to the front door of the hotel. It sets you up for a dangerous situation.

I liked that the staff let me use the washing machine for free for a load of laundry. the view off the balcony was also lovely.

It was a bit far from the city and tuktuks are not riding past there frequently.

The pool was great and the hosts were very accomodating. We had a late night flight but could use the facilities even after checkout that day. It was very quiet at night, no dogs barking which was amazing and uncommon.
