We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rooms are very dark and have minimal natural light. The service was quite slow and insufficient. While we were there, two of the staff were clearly overworked, filling in for absent staff members and multitasking various roles.
The included breakfast was sufficient to start your day, and the outdoor seating area was pleasant. The tour that the hotel arranged for us was excellent; the guide picked us up from our hotel, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and flexible to our wants. The room was clean and included a mini refrigerator, fan, and air conditioning. I loved that the hotel had three ducks to help control pests, as well as a dog that they rescued from the streets. In addition, they were prone to feed some of the needy street dogs when they had scraps or leftovers. I also appreciated the free pickup from the hotel.

United StatesI selected this expensive hotel (59usd) because of the jacuzzi, I specifically asked for it, lady told me once I started using it that the heater does not work, so I used it with cold water. I also had no hot water in the shower

United KingdomWe didn’t get a good sleep here and moved hotel - too much noise overnight from the ducks in the hotel garden courtyard and from resident birds nesting in the straw roof and from dogs barking overnight. Always expect some noise but this was too much for us!
Good location within easy walking distance of Leticia restaurants, bars and attractions. Gated security into the hotel and rooms around an attractive courtyard. We had 2 x Bungalows with air conditioning which was just ok. Beds really comfortable. Bathroom basic.

AustraliaI purposely booked accomodation as I wanted a pool or spa. Had neither available and Leticia was very hot. You have to be let in and late night we had to wait over 30 mins to be let in.
location was convenient for tours and food. Air conditioning and comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

United StatesWe left a phone in our room upon check out. When we returned a few days later from a jungle tour, it wasn't anywhere to be found. I'm not sure the staff are happy to be there. They don't smile and I didn't find them to be friendly. Wi-Fi didn't work, but that is common for Leticia.
Location was decent. They also accommodated the storage of our bags when we did a multi day tour in the jungle. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Room was comfortable and AC worked. Allowed for an early check in.

you have to take into consideration that you’re in Leticia, which doesn’t have many choices. we had the family bungalow, the AC didn’t work, the wifi was non-existent, but the room had an attached bathroom and a decent breakfast. The resident cock-a-doodle-do started at 4am, so if you’re looking to start early you won’t have a problem! despite all this, if I was visiting Leticia again I would stay here!

United StatesI thought that the communication of the tours could’ve been better. Although the accommodation was good. But when I asked ahead of my trip about tours they said we can book those in person however when I got there, they told me the prices are for individual cus there’s nobody else going on the tour, so it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time cus they only take cash and it was very pricey compared to other lodges I’ve seen for the tour prices.
Breakfast was okay, I wish it was a little bit more authentic to Colombian cuisine.

ItalyThe room was very disappointing: old furniture and the level of cleanliness was discarded (the floor was dirty). Poor and uninviting breakfast (scrambled eggs, a cup of fruit and industrial bread). Decentralised position. The lady at the reception was rude and unwelcoming. In short, I find the price (above the average of the other hotels in the city) absolutely disproportionate to the quality of the services offered
