Located right next to a recreation center - good for people watching, going for a run on the track, or doing some exercises outside! However, really loud from about 7:30am - 10pm. Bring earplugs! Also, as a side sleeper, I could feel all the springs of the bed digging in to me. The smaller bed is more comfy, but probably couldn’t fit 2 comfortably!

Amazing value for money! Great little apartment with kitchen in a good location. Awesome hot shower! Our room looked out on to the soccer field - didn’t experience any of the dampness others mentioned (that being said, the lake was almost entirely dry, so that could be why!). Clean.

Very cozy place and the owner is super friendly and always there if you need anything. There is hot water. We were supposed to stay 1 night, at the end we stayed 4 nights.

One of the best apartments I was staying at during my 4 months in Latin America. Really good cost-benefit-ratio, you have your own apartment for not much money and Guatapé is beautiful! I personally really liked the view of the football pitch from that apartment.

Beware of you don't speak Spanish, and you will NEVER find the place even with the terrible phone connection in Spanish only. It is not a hotel with a genuine address, it's a number of apartment buildings throughout town. I arrived early afternoon and it was many hours later that I reached the apartment after many phonecalls and a local taking pity. No fan or airconditiong or gas in the kitchen. Guatapé is expensive - GRINGO HEAVEN!

Clean and a good location if you ask for a different apartment as the first one was right on a busy plaza with the possibility of no sleep.

Outside Banos and cold shower didn't seem to be a basin. . Room wasn't great dark and smelt damp. Probably as River is outside.

Lovely riverside location perfect for bird 🕊️ watching especially in morning. Swimming in the nearby pools are a treat. Good terrace area. Nice restaurant next door who cooked me Vegan food a good chef.

The sports hall opposite can be a little noisy in the morning but that can’t be changed or helped. The kitchen could have a few more utensils and there was no way to start the burners.

We loved this place!!! It’s very clean and spacious, and the shower is AMAZING. Hot and powerful. It’s a little difficult to find (google maps says it’s on the right of the street but actually it’s on the left and slightly down the hill), but once you’re there, you’ll be told of the shortcut that makes it really quick and easy to get into town.

I wish I could rate this higher! Such a comfortable apartment, great location and just all round one of my absolute favourites. Amazing value for money. Manuela was so kind and friendly when we arrived and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. It's a lovely spot! Lovely hot showers and comfortable beds, a perfect little kitchen to cook in. Beautiful place!

The noise at every check in as the rooms are near the desk. The kitchen ware is lacking pan and sauce pan.And the fact we don't have keys to the property so we need to ring and wait' sometimes a bit long

The location out of old town but less than 5 min walk, feel like a local. The family is very nice, the hammock on balcony.
