Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceOn arrival we asked for some coffee which we couldn't have as the staff were having lunch. There is a kitchen that can't be used as there are no utensils. Anyway we didn't need it. There is a very good vegan restaurant two blocks from the hotel, The Vegan Garden.
The location is great. It's an apartment with two rooms. There is a big fridge that's very useful in the hot weather of the town. They offered us vegan pancakes at breakfast along with fresh melon juice.

United StatesMy complaint with all hotels in Colombia: You must insert your room key to turn on the air conditioning. So when you leave the room, the air is off. Then you return to a hot room.
The staff are welcoming and attentive. The location is good, near restaurants and other services. It is an excellent value.
