If you are alone, the walk at evening to the apartment might be uncomfortable because it’s pretty dark and lonely in this area. But as it was the two of us, it was okay for us and it’s still only about 10 minutes walk to the center of San Antonio.

Couple of people in the area asked if we were lost & to be careful in this location - this was obviously very nice but made us very nervous. Even the taxi driver made sure to walk us to & from the door to the car.

The room was perfect, spacious, nice bathroom, lovely apartment. The building was very very secure!

I would have liked AC, but they did bring me a standing fan which I was grateful for!

The staff were very welcoming and did there best to resolve any queries I had. It helped that Christian spoke English ( I don't speak Spanish). The hotel is very central to restaurants, shopping and bars. The rooms were well-presented and clean. I would deffo recommend staying here for a short term.

The apartments are really nice and well furnished for the price, and you have everything you need to cook your own meals. The staff were always very friendly and super helpful with any requests. Would reccomend!

Really good value for you're money, the apartments are really nice, each one with its own unique style. There's no noise from the other apartments wich is great. The staff are on point, they reply really fast and will help you right away with any problem you might have. I would definitely recommend. The neighborhood itself isn't that safe at night, but on the other hand, it is Cali so it is what it is.

There is no washing machine but a laundry room where you can handwash. Maybe this can be mentioned. In Cali it's quite difficult to find a laundromat. Staff and response little slow but in the end, you get what you requested. The internet is sometimes on and off, due to several wifis set up it jumps sometimes no aircon or fan

In the service, there is a weekly cleaning included. Which is pretty nice. the set up good communication with you so if you need anything, you can write them via WhatsApp -house suppliance or anything else. It's nicely renovated kitchen, living area, and bedroom. The place is safe and the area is super central

NO AC in the rooms!!!! It's Cali! A SUPER HOT city! You HAVE TO HAVE AC!! Also, even though the rooms themselves lived up to the photos, the actual building was in VERY bad shape!

This building desperately needs air conditioning. We had to constantly have our main door and windows open which created mosquito problems in the room because it was even to hot for my fiancé that lives in Cali with no air conditioning, especially when using the kitchen. Unfortunately, this is not the best area of Cali either. Lots of drugs, homeless, smell of feces and urine all around the building but that isn’t the properties fault. You need to bring your own towels as well. My reservation was for 3 people and we only got one towel at time for some reason.

Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

It felt like windows were non existent. The "deluxe" room was right by the street and you hear every single poop from outside, other people in the building and when they were walking uo and down. It was more expensive and called a deluxe room when the other apartment was bigger, nicer and the bedroom was a separate room and not all in one.

The bed was bigger than in the other apartment, very comfortable and the bathroom was "outside" of the bedroom.

Check in wasn't great as no-one answered my calls or texts. When they finally answered they didn't have my reservation etc. On top of the windows there is a ventilation system so you will hear EVERYTHING ! Luckily that room was towards the streets. However I had to ask for the towels as it seemed that no-one stayed in it for a while because nobody checked this apartment before. The floor in bedroom was "dirty" and the carpet too.
