Gym needs a lot of maintenance, more equip, and water available at minimum, and extend the close hours to 22:00z Pool should be open at night since the weather is too hot and you basically can’t be there during sunlight.

beds are comfortable, room size is great, good shower and bathroom, breakfast also good just missed a little more sweet pastries. Location is perfect.

The slightest of nuances was that the towels smelt like some sort of fuel. I suspected this was due to the machines in which they're laundered and they were perfectly clean, just with a odd smell.

The hotel was seemingly brand new. Incredibly spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is amazing. The pool / terrace area is beautiful and very relaxing. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to San Andres!

The gym is poorly equipped. At the time there was one functioning treadmill, a weight bar with only two different weighted plates, some dumbells but not much equipment to work with. It was also very small and poorly air conditioned.

Everything. The food at Varka, the hotel’s restaurant was exceptional, the drinks were delicious and everything reasonably priced. The staff were also very approachable and attentive. It is very well located with La Regatta minutes away, along with Spratt Bright beach and commercial areas. The hotel is also very well decorated and everything is an artwork. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the island.

The staff recommended us someone to book the tours. His name is David Castro and it was not a good experience. More expensive than it’s directly at the boat port, not well organized and rude. Don’t take that recommendation. Better go to the port and there you can book something cheaper

This hotel is minimalist, but not in an artistic way. Very tiny closet, no where to hang dresses, tiny bathroom with no where to put grooming kits, no coffee equipment in the room, no potable water and no free bottles of water either. Our room did not have the furnishings displayed in the photos, just a big empty space where the furniture was supposed to be; so, no where for me to sit for a 6 night visit other than on the bed. When I showed the reception staff, she told me that my room was a “Basic Room” (but not a basic price!) so it didn’t get furniture. I spoke to the manager and he brought me a chair. When we arrived, our luggage was taken to the 5th floor reception but never brought to our room. After about an hour I went back up and it was still sitting there behind the desk so I dragged it down to our room myself. I think this hotel normally caters to Colombian families on holiday rather than foreign travellers on a long trip with lots of luggage who like to spend some time each day in their room, and have the expectations of booking.com visitors.

The location was excellent for driving rented “Mules” around the Island, walking to the restaurants, the local beach, and shops. Fortunately the twin beds were very comfortable which turned out to be essential as we got the stomach upset that was going around and spent 2 days in bed. The housekeeper for our room (215) was very kind and thoughtful, after the 2nd day “at home” she offered to call a medico. Not needed but we appreciated the offer. The rooftop pool was fairly small but we enjoyed time there every afternoon, there were always lounges available and very few people using the pool. Our balcony had lovely trees in front of it and the new mosque across the street. In the evening it was interesting to sit out there & observe the people. Once you came inside & closed the door: silence. Beautiful.

The crowded breakfast room with tables so close that other guests would bump into you as they sat. The waitresses that was serving the coffee took an enormous amount of time to reach us just to serve us, coffee or tea.

Our bathroom was not good. One shower and the bathroom was entire wet, there is a huge leak on it. Extremely uncomfortable to walk in these puddles of water that we did not know from where they were coming from. We had an issue in your arrival, I tried contacting the front desk for 24 hours, but email, phone, they did not send me any feedback. The staff is nice only until you do not need their support.

The location is perfect, closer to downtown San Andres, there are a lot of good restaurants and a very beautiful beach in a walking distance. The hotel is new, have a nice pool, good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Good location - about one street over from the boardwalk so it was quiet at night to get good sleep. Room and facilities were all clean.
